When Mina realizes that the new kid in her school is danger, there's little she can do to keep herself away from him. Her final school year might turn out to be a series of unfortunate events.......
''Mina, get up you lazy bum. It's 7:30 already", my mom screamed as she hurried past my room with her shoes.
"Ugh.... No way", I said to myself, "It's the last day of my summer break, mom".
I pulled my pillow closer to me and tried to go back to bed. I had barely done that when I felt a smack across my bum. I yelped and jumped up, throwing my pillow away. My mom was fixing her hair in my mirror like nothing happened.
"What was that for?" I mumbled grumpily. "It's the 28th, darling. First day of school", She replied in a cool tone.
"Fuck", I muttered under my breath. She glanced at me and sighed. "Hurry up, I'm leaving in ten and unless you want to walk your bum better find it's way into that car".
I roll over and let my self fall off the bed. This is going to be one long day.... Anyways, I slipped into my clothes and looked at myself...
I was wearing a black crop-top with full sleeves and a pair of black high waist denim shorts. I paired it with a black and white high-top converse.

Seven minuted later I slide down the banister and walk into the kitchen. I had already picked out my clothes yesterday 'cus I thought it was going to be a chill day. Turns out I was wrong, terribly wrong.
Mom had already fixed my breakfast. I gulped the cereal down quickly and picked up a water bottle. I sat in the car and then we drove off.
*AT SCHOOL*
"Bye darling", my mom waved from the car.
''Bye mom". I trudged down the familiar hallways while thinking of the new routine. During the holidays, mom got a new job meaning she won't be able to pick me from school and frequent travels were to be expected. I would have to walk home alone.
''Great", I sighed, "could this day get any worse?"
Ironically, it did.
First lesson was the beloved of all subjects, Maths, or as I would rather have it Mental. Abuse. To. Humans.
I walked into class and found my desk. Right at the back. Splendid Isolation. I didn't realize I had dozed off until a stack of books banged against the desk.
