Would you like to see a story idea I had?
>Yes: Scroll down to proceed. Thanks for your interest in my dumb ideas.
>No: Then go read a different book or skip to the next chapter or something. I don't care.
>Question me: No, I don't know why I wrote this out in this format either. Yes, I know it's stupid. Please choose one of the above options and leave me alone.
Oh, look! It's a nice cover I made. What do you think?
Wait did I write 'The Serpent's Shadow' instead of 'The Serpent's Sleep'? Oh are you kidding me? AM I GOING TO HAVE TO REDO THE ENTIRE THING BECAUSE I-

Note to self: Always save a copy of the image without words in case I do something stupid and-WELL, LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE STORY.
I'm too upset to write about it now actually, let me just copy and paste the description I wrote for it even though I'm definitely changing that later, I don't like it and it leaves a lot of interesting details out. Oh and it mentions the main character zero times. It makes it seem like the island is full of just regular humans but actually no.
"The Earth shook, and an immortal danger awakened.
The serpent rose from its slumber, and made the island inaccessible. Nobody on the island can leave, the shipment of resources cannot enter. They're blocked off from the rest of the world, isolated. Trying to leave would mean death.
There's one hope, but it only brings more fear.
The Antidote Keeper. Another dormant immortal, that the people are afraid to wake."
EDIT:
I fixed the cover! I did have to completely redo it, but it didn't take as long as I thought it would. Maybe because I had all the images already and knew exactly what I was doing and how to do it. There was definitely less time spent searching for fonts XD. Honestly I think other than the title the old one looks better, there are some minor differences, such as the size of the text and earth symbol, the darkness of the snake pattern, and the author being in a different font. I do like that the symbol on the new cover is a darker color though.
