Chapter 23 New Skills and the Smiths

Eclipse's POV

I slowly woke up in a strange room on an uncomfortable bed. I groaned my eyes popped open at my own voice. I checked my throat then snapped my fingers next to my ear I sighed at the fact that I could hear it. I sat up and moved my shoulder to loosen the stiffness.

"I swear the ground is more comfortable." I cursed.

"I have to agree with you." Groaned Jacob on another bed. "Wait you can talk!" He cheered.

I ignored him and got up and stretched I heard my body pop a few times.

After he came down from his happy ness, he turned to me and started to joke. "You're too young to have your joints pop like that."

"I blame the bed." I sighed as more pops were heard from my joints.

Jacob got up and several pops were here from his joints as well. I chuckled as both our joints popped in sync as we stretched. Finally, after several pops and a few more stretches I felt the stiffness leave my body.

"Finally, I feel free!" I sighed.

"God I still feel a little stiff." Jacob groaned.

"Here." I walked over to him and grabbed his arm. I then bent it till I heard a pop then moved it forward.

"Ouch. Ooooh, that was the spot." He winced then sighed.

"Figured it's the one spot that no one can stretch by themselves." I said.

I felt my eye twitch at the notification.

"A notification?" Jacob asked.

"Yah." I sighed.

"What's it about?" He asked.

"A skill." I sighed.

"I see." He said. "Let's check on the others."

"I doubt they are having a much better time with tehri beds." I said as I walked out of the room followed by Jacob. Then I knocked on the door of 103.

"Wait how do you know they're in that room?" He asked.

"No sound from the other room. I assumed you got rooms next to each other." I explained.

"Dam that some deductive skills." He said.

"Nope just common sense." I said just as the door opened revealing Talia trying to rub her back.

"Hay Eclipse sorry but were kind of stiff. I forgot how bad the beds were." She said without even thinking that I my still not be able to hear her.

"Let me help." I said as I walked in. "So, what's stiff?" I asked.

They didn't even look surprised when I spoke. "Our shoulders and back." Vixen said.

"Ok sit on the ground and hold still." I told them.

I started with Talia and grabbed her arm and placed my hand on her shoulder. I pulled her arm back and felt her shoulder joint pop. She sighed then I repeated it on her other arm. I then lightly punched her back I felt it pop a few times causing her to sigh.

"There you go. Your turn Vixen." I said moving on to Vixen and repeating the same motions. "There we go now let's see what's going on outside there seems to be a lot of noise." I stated getting up.

"We're with you." They cheered.

We walked downstairs to see the owner serving several people in her serving aria. We sat down and almost within 2 minutes she came around with 4 plates full of eggs toast and BACON. I looked hungerly at the bacon as she set it in front of me.
