Mist rose from the ground. The crickets sang a sweet tune.The sky was pink, orange, yellow, & red. Trees bristled in the soft breath of wind. The forest was calm and graceful, it was silent. All of a sudden a heavy panting & rapid foot steps brook the silence. A frightened voice pierced the forest "leave me alone!" Panting as he darted through the lushes green forest, his dark brown hair rustled has he ran. His bold green eyes dashed side to side looking for an escape route. Behind him were furious black jaguars. George sped through the thick green forest as fast as his legs could go. A crashing tree fell right behind him he didn't look back. He new the jaguars were still behind him. He could he trees falling like crazy behind him, He finally looked back the forest was do you demolished. the jaguars were catching up. Clouds now shielded the sky. A clap of thunder raged through the sky. Lightning flashed it struck a tree. George ran into a clearing in the forest another clap of thunder bursted from the sky. more lightning flashed. Blazing fire formed around him. a loud roar filled through the sky, it wasn't thunder though. George now trapped in a ring of blazing fire, exhausted & out of breath waited for The furious Jaguars to finish him off. He waited but nothing. he gazed up & looked around no jaguars. It was silent besides the raging thunder & the crackling of the fire. A piercing roar that same roar but louder, nearer. It crept through the forest. the sound came from above him. He looked up, before he could let out a shrill a cry for help. He vanished without a trace. The next day search parties were sent to look for him. Years pasted nothing no sign of him, nothing was ever found. the mystery of George's disappearance was left an unknown mystery.
