So the first challenge just start!
First! Go to drink 1 liter of water
Then go studying for 2 hours.
Try to ignore your pee but pay attention on your study.
Now you have some options
a)If you think that you can hold for another 2 hours , go to drink another liter of water and keep on your study
b)If you think you can only hold 30 minutes to 2 hours , go drink 500 ml of water and do 50 push up every 20 minutes
c) If you think you can just hold less than 30 minutes, go to drink 300 ml of water and hear the sounds of water flows
You can choose between these options by your situation then every 30 minutes
Your goal is to hold your pee for 5 hours.
*Remember! Just go to pee if you feel too uncomfortable to hold it or feel pain, besides the exciting challenge, don't harm your health.
