Smiling as the title was handed over to me "and your new Hardcore Champion, Jeff Hardy!" Hoping up onto the turn buckle before raising the title in the air, "two years kid. He's our youngest Hardcore Champion," smiling just as my brother Matt's theme plays.
Lita right by his side both had smiles on their faces as they enter the ring "you did it man!"
Matt congrats before wrapping his arms around me, "two years man & your already a champion!" Seconds later Matt raises my arm in the air, "hey Jeff" turning to face the stage seeing Rob Van Dam. "Can you hear me" Van Dam questions as he walks down the ramp, "he can hear you man!"
Matt shouts "well then hand him the god damn microphone," Van Damn shouts; "you don't have to listen to him."
Matt informs before handing over the microphone, "what do you want man" I ask as I sit down on a turnbuckle. "Who says I want anything rainbow boy," rolling my eyes before running a hand through my hair. "First I wanna congratulate you on being the youngest Hardcore Champion," smiling before looking at the title.
"Your not getting a title opportunity tonight he just beat Mike Awesome in a TLC match!" Matt shouts while getting in front of Van Dam, "now hold on Matt; I love open challenges." Van Dam smiles "but hold on now I'm not doing it tonight, why not make it worth more?"
Matt raises his brow before looking at me "brother what are you doing," smiling "FastLane?" Van Dam questions "exactly a match for the Hardcore Champion at FastLane!" Van Dam smiles before looking at Matt "what kind of match," smiling "he'll defend it Hardy style!
