Octavia and her sisters smile, todays our game. Obviously they never win but they still enjoy playing.  The three continue on their walk until they're approached by their father, "Hey girls, listen-"
"Don't do it." Josie cuts him off.
"Pay up. I told you." Octavia frowns.
"Don't say whatever it is you're about to say, because you have 'Dad-face' and where ever dad-face goes, Daughter disappointment follows." Josie continues.
"I'm sorry that I can't make the game today." Alaric says with a guilty expression.
Octavia rolls her eyes and scoffs, "of course you can't."
"But dad you're the coach." Josie replies quietly.
"And I'm QB1 this year." Lizzie whines.

"I hate it as much as you do, but you I have to find Landon Kirby."
"If you felt bad then you'd make time Dad." Octavia frowns.
Josie's face lifts. "Okay, so let's cancel! I mean, it's a joke anyways- we can't use our powers so we suck."
"yes please" Octavia smiles at the thought.
"Exactly. Which is what normal school for troubled-rich-kids thing to do. This annual event let's locals see you for what they think you are. And that keeps them from asking too many questions." Alaric responds to his girls.
"They mock us." Lizzie pouts.
"Yeah. Don't forget when they put gum in my hair!" Octavia crosses her arms.
"Because they're insecure small town kids with small minds. So let's just let it be."
The upset looks never left the girls faces.
"Look girls, with Landon running around, knowing all our secrets, we have to protect our profile now more than ever. Can I count on you guys to do that?" Alaric asks as the three girls nod in agreement. " I love you guys, we'll be back as soon as we can." Alaric walks away. "Wait, who's we?" Lizzie asks. "Hope freaking Mikaelson of course." Octavia rolls her eyes along with Josie. Octavia never had a huge problem with her father and Hope's relationship, it just bugged her that she wasn't able to see him as often. When her and Hope were younger they hung out all the time, they just slowly grew apart.
__

"Dad loves Hope more than us." Lizzie pouts.
"You're being melodramatic, Okay? He's missing one game" Josie rolls her eyes.
"I agree with Jo. Guys, how often do you talk to mom?" Octavia questions.
"First the game, then our weddings!" Lizzie dramatically calls out. "I talk to mom at least once a week- why?" Josie asks.
"I haven't talked to her in a month. She never calls." Octavia frowns.
"This game is an opportunity. We can show him how serious we are taking this by making sure that our secret stays protected out there on the field. Today, we will lose even more epically than we usually do." Lizzie smiles.
"Win by loosing, that's the spirit!" Josie says catching on.

As the game is about to start Octavia tries to call her mother-
"Hey mom!" Octavia smiles, "Octavia I really can't talk right now- you caught me at a bad time. I love you!" Caroline answers before hanging up. "O-oh. Okay." Octavia shakes off her nerves and walks to Josie and Liz.

the whole game ended up being a disaster, we were all arguing on wether not to win or to loose, and at the end Josie used her magic and we ended up loosing.
"Good game" Josie kindly smiles at Dana walking passed their team.
"Suck it, loser!"
Lizzie surprisingly steps up and punches Dana in the face.
"Not now Dana!"
Octavia steps in between them to stop the fight only to get hit in the face as well, let's just say in the end the girls looked better than the other guys.

Placing a frozen bag of green beans to Her cheek, Josie asks "Are you guys mad at me?"
"Never."
"No. We're mad at the world, and you just happen to be in." Lizzie replied.
"Well you're about to be," Josie sighs. "I did a spell at the game, I made Kaleb drop the ball. And I totally did black magic with Hope." Octavia sighs shifting her weight on the bed.
"Well, let's call it how it is, you betrayed us." Lizzie said glumly.
"I was worried about disappoint dad. So I disappointed.. you guys instead." Josie frowns.
"I forgive you Josie, just please no more black magic. That is the worst thing you could dabble in Jo. Remember when Dad told us about Bonnie?" Octavia says concerned. "I forgive you too. You're our sister, best friend and Hope has spent the last ten years making us feel like we don't matter. I don't like feeling that ways not from hope not from girls like Dana. Not from dad. And not from you." Lizzie says obviously still upset.
"I promise. Okay? I am sorry." Josie nods.
"It's okay, betrayal and all aside, you both had my back today." Lizzie says looking at them. "And you guys had mine." Josie smiles.
We all cuddle up next to each other onto the bed. "So what are we going to tell dad?" Josie asks. "I'm wondering what's going to happen, you know to us." Octavia sighs.
_________
Alaric finally returns after a long day, checking on his girls he opens their door. Josie sits up, "Dad I can explain-" , Alaric just walks over and engulfs his girls into a big ole hug.
                       ____________
                            Then
"Hope!" The Marshall woman called out, soon enough two little girl come through the court giggling.
       "Hi Ms.Marshall." Young Octavia smiles.
Wherever Hope went, came Octavia.
In a way Octavia always felt at home around the girls family, reckon she's only met Freya, Hayley, and Marcel because of the wretched Hollow.
           —years later—
"Dad can I please go with Hope? I never ask for anything and Hay- Ms.Marshall is great nothing will happen." Octavia begs, Hope had asked to young girl to come with her to New Orleans until her suspension is over with after she created a hybrid.
     "Octavia." Alaric warns sternly.
"Come on please, Mom its only for three days. I'm passing all of my classes, and Lizzie's failing a class and you let her have fun."
"Okay, fine. Three days max. I expect a call and a text everyday and you stay with Hayley or Freya." Caroline answers earning a 'what' look from Alaric.
"Thank you!" The young girl squeals running to her room to pack.
                  ______________
"Your mom is missing?" Octavia whisper yells.
"It wasn't supposed to happen Tavia! We both put charms on that freaking place. Whoever got in is dangerous." Hope counters worried.
"So you called your dad. The most dangerous person ever, you know uh the person Alaric hates more than my sociopathic uncle?" Octavia sighs. "And even he can't help out much unless he wants to end the world."
"It wasn't supposed to end up like this Tavia." Hope tears up.
                           Now
After those events and loosing her mother, father and uncle, Hope closed herself off to everyone. Even Octavia.

So I'm thinking about making Hope a love interest, and Octavia is bisexual. Should they just be friends?
