Quirk: Emotions
Basically, whatever emotion your feeling at the moment, your eye color changes and you can use certain powers depending on how your feeling. Example: if your feeling excited, your eyes turn yellow and you can use electricity; if your feeling angry, your eyes turn red and you can use flames or sparks, etc.
Drawbacks to quirk:
Your can't lie about what your feeling because of your eyes and the power your using at the moment, and also you get the normal drawbacks like getting burned, hypothermia, dehydration, feeling tired, etc.
