Stuck

It's cold and dark. I don't know where I am. I can't move or see. I squirm and struggle trying to move my hands to my face to take off this blindfold I have on. It is no use. I'm handcuffed to something, I can hear the clanging of the chains on the metal.

The last thing that I remember was walking down the street near my home in Edinburgh and a man walking by me with a weird look on his face. He stared straight into my eyes just before he passed me. After that, nothing.

I heard a door open to my right and footsteps walking towards me. I looked upwards hoping they would take off this damn blindfold. I heard them sigh.

"Kowacia?" A man spoke my name. I sat still trying not to show any signs that 'Kowacia' is my name. He sighed again, this time he sounded annoyed. "I've had a bad day and I don't want to take it out on you."

"O-okay. My n-name is Kowacia." I spoke still wondering why I was here and who this man was.

"Alright. He got the right person, that's good to know." The man spoke smiling at me. "I'm Wren."

Why did he tell me his name? If I get found by the police, I can tell them. He doesn't seem to be cautious about it though.

"Don't worry. I'm not that dumb. You won't be getting out any time soon." Wren chuckled when he saw me confused. "Make yourself comfortable. This'll be your home for the time being."

"I literally can't move. How the hell am I going to be comfortable." I stated in a snappy tone. It's so cold in here too. It really doesn't help with being comfortable.

"Haha. That's right." Wren laughed and turned around. He started walking towards the door and opened it when he got there. "Have fun."

He's annoying. Why'd my kidnapper have to be this guy. Any other guy in Edinburgh but, no, it was Wren.

"Fuck!" I screamed. This is frustrating, I'm sitting here in some guy's house, not able to do anything. I might as well do something to pass the time.

That thing is napping.

I heard someone else's voice in the house as I woke. I listened and smiled like I was about to be saved. It wasn't Wren, definitely not. This other person's voice sounded happy and high-pitched, not deep and mischievous.

"Wren! Shut up!" The high-pitched voice shouted while laughing. I can't figure out if this voice is a female or a male. It's bugging me.

"Liray, you know you're the most adorable person I've ever met." Wren said to the other becoming serious. Are they a couple? That weird guy has a partner?

"S-stop! Y-you're making me blush!" 'Liray' stuttered out. Suddenly there was a thud outside the room I was in. It's either those two being a couple or something horrible.

"Liray,- guy - you're - cute." I only heard a few words that Wren said but I could still make out what he said.  I'm guessing he said 'Liray, though you're a guy, you're still cute.'

"Liray is a guy. Okay, that's nice to know." I whispered to myself. It was useless information but he could still find me here and help. I have hope.

"Really, Wren. I need to go." I heard Liray say breaking me out of my thoughts.

"Okay. I'll let you go. See ya tomorrow?" Wren questioned. The door opened then closed so I'm guessing Liray nodding and waved or something.
