They stared at me in awe as he placed me down on my feet before them.
There were atleast eight of them. Four females, one old and gnarly, sitting on a brand new shiny wheelchair, one a young baby, crying in the arms of a scary looking Alpha. And the other two were young, looking around the age I was, one was definitely a full beast, by the scent of her and the other one was like me...but a Beta. That one would be a problem for me, she glared at me, her nostrils flaring, taking in my Omega scent and the traces of Alpha scent on me from the last time my Alpha had touched me.
The other female smiles cheerfully, waving at me. She is the first to come ahead and introduce herself. "I'm Shona. I'm a werewolf, so I can't really give you a formal greeting, sorry." She giggles.
I look at my Alpha, asking his permission. He gives me a sharp nod, placing his hand on my lower back, urging me ahead.
I step closer to Shona, placing my hand on her heart. "I am Bethany. I am Omega."
She smiles, her happiness is infectious, I mirror her ready smile, atleast I try to, my cheeks hurt with the effort...I haven't smiled much. Only my Ben ever got to see me smile and I had lost my Ben a long time ago, he had left me because I had been a bad Omega, always crying and whining, clinging to him.
I would not let it happen again, I would try to be a good Omega for my Alpha, he would never have to leave me, I would make sure of it.
Shona stepped away and the bigger Alpha took her place, the little babe in his arms. His face is harsh, his eyes cruel, but when he steps forward, his face gentles a little, he stoops down, to appear unthreatening to me. He slowly places his hand on my heart.
"I am Meatchop. I am Alpha." He introduces himself. I relax a bit, telling him that I am not threatened by him with a trusting body language. He gives me a crooked smile, then heaves his little female higher in his arms. "This is Buggy. She is Beta."
I stroke the babe's cheek. "Buggy." I repeat her name. She looks towards me, her eyes shiny, she is about to wail and cry, but her eyes are fixed to my own. I blush when her hand shoots out to fist the front of my dress, pinching my almost bared breast.
I step back, the Alpha chuckles. "She has no mother, no breasts to succor, forgive her."
"There is nothing to forgive. It is understandable." I nod, sure that my cheeks are still red.
My Alpha's hand appears at my waist as the other Alpha steps back, letting another older Male come ahead.
He bends his head, whispering in my ear. "You told me your name was Beth."
"It is." I look up to him. "It is Beth for those I am close to. "
He takes my words well, urging me forward again to meet the older male.
This one was well dressed, but he looked out of sorts among the rest of the pack, who were barely dressed as is.
He wore a suit, with a pretty flower tucked in the pocket, looking like a gentleman ready to take his female out for a night of romance and revelry.
He grinned, his face was haggard but when he smiled, all the lines on his face were more pronounced, this one smiled alot. One of his eyes was covered by a black eyepatch, he had only one eye, but he still smiled, regardless of his trials, he could still be happy.
He offered the flower to me. "I am One Eye. I am Alpha. " He says, placing a hand on my chest when I accept his flower.
"Thank you." I press the dainty gift to my nose, taking in it's beautiful aroma.
