Flames surround a village. Screaming of men and women and even children are heard as they run for their lives.
As the village burns, a single cloaked figure stands in the middle of the cobbled street, motionless and full of malice.
A knight stood in front of him, his helmet discarded, and his face contorted in total fear.
The figure laughs as the nameless knight helplessly strikes, knowing it was futile.
The figure grabs the knight by his skull and effortlessly crushes his skull, killing him instantly.
Suddenly the figure turns around, his face obscured by the glowing aura of the burning village, but even so, his eyes were easily visible. A deep, icy blue pair of eyes stared at something intently, like a wolf stalking its prey.
Suddenly Keith Finnister shoots up in his bed, covered in a pool of sweat. He panics as he scans his room for any sign of a fire, he could almost hear the Cold Blooded laugh that the figure let out as he crushed that mans skull. His face contorting from fear to agony, then dropping to blankness as his soul passed from his body.
He shivered to even think about it. Such cruelty. He eventually came to his senses and realized it was merely a dream, and decided to get out of his bed.
He stood up, and stretched his lanky body. He wasnt very tall, standing at 5 foot 6 inches, but he made up for it by being very burly for his size. He liked to workout and it showed. He had jet black hair, that was relatively long for his tastes, but he slicked it back just the same. He changed into his favorite sleeveless top and loose fitting pants. He looked into the mirror and gave himself a look over. His equally jet black eyes looked over every inch of his body
When he left he was treated to the view of his only home he ever knew.
The Plane of Darkness. One of the 8 Planes of Existence. It was always pitch black inside the Plane of Darkness. As far as the eye could see was specks of blue flames, but nothing else, unless of course you were a demon.
Keith yawned as he began to walk around the courtyard to the Palace, the place he lived since his creation. The Palace had a King, and the King was Keith's father.
Keith wandered around until he found his fathers throne room. The large stone ornate doors fit for even the King to fit through. They depicted the struggle of the demons and Angels. On the left door was the King of Darkness, as he and the Primordial Archdemons combated the King of Light and the Primodial Archangels, which were on the right side of the door.
"If your looking for Father, brother... he is in the meeting room with the Archdemons." Keitou said from behind Keith.
"Huh, how did you know I was looking for Father, brother? Also, hello to you too." Keith said turning around.
Keitou was Keith's twin brother, like heads to tails, Keitou was smarter but not very strong.
"Well, for starters, your ears are showing, which happens when your excited about something, and your standing in front of the throne room."
Keith laughed as he scratched the cat-like ears on the top of his head, "Haha yea. This didnt feel right though. It was too realistic to be a dream." He said as he folded his cat-like ears back into his hair.
Keitou's eyes narrowed, as he listened, his interest piqued. "Sounds like a premonition, then. I've never experienced one... what was it like? What was it about? Tell me!"
Keith put his arm around his brother, poking his cheek, "if I told you now, it would bore you dear brother! Hey, how about you come with me and tell Father?"
