Personality: Reserved, quiet, acts cold-hearted but is sweet, caring, and loving when it comes to his family

Likes: Studying, reading, books, spending time with his loved ones, doing what he can to make his daughter happy, making and testing new potions, tea (green tea is his favorite)

Dislikes: creatures that try to cause harm and disrespect, hospitals, doctors, being Interrupted, coffee, being in tiny cramped spaces

-Moonshadow was very closed off and reserved as a colt. He was pretty antisocial and always had his head stuck in a book, however he was really smart. He was typically picked on for this but most times he just brushed this off and continued studying. He stayed like this for years until one day a new girl showed up at school.

The first moment Moonshadow and the new filly met, who's name was River Rose which was really close to his mom's name which he found cool, it was like true love at first sight. They instantly clicked and it's like his world opened up immensely. As Moonshadow and River began to talk and hang out more, Moonshadow broke out of his shyness and became more playful and fun. Moonshadow and River stayed best friends for years and in their senior year of high school, they both confessed their love for each other in a romantic moment at their senior prom. And they had been together ever since.

After about two years after high school, Moonshadow and River Rose had finally saved up enough money to get their own place and move out of their parent's houses so they went and bought a nice small house on the outskirts of Canterlot. They moved in together and lived happily, and a few years laterthey got married, then about two years after that, River Rose got pregnant with a baby girl.

Eleven months later, River gave birth to a small albino filly, whom they named Pixie Bit. It was one of the best days of Shadow's life. River and Shadow had a lot of fun raising Pixie and they were a very happy family until Pixie was about three years old. That's when River's health began to deteriorate horribly, and one day she passed out and they had to call an ambulance. This was when they found out that River had chronic myleogenous leukemia and was almost at the blast phase which is the last phase before death. They tried to do chemo, and TKI treatment pills but nothing worked unfortunately, so it was no surprise when River died sleeping peacefully two years later during a nap.

Moonshadow had a horrible time with River's death and began to get very depressed and closed off again, just like he was when he was a colt. Pixie also had a hard time understanding what was going on and why Mommy wasn't coming home or why Mommy didn't wake up. Because of this, even though Moonshadow was horribly depressed and upset, he knew he still had to be there for his little Pixie. He loved his daughter so much and she was honestly the only thing keeping him somewhat mentally stable and happy.

He ended up finding a small house that was built into a tree in the Everfree Forrest and ended up moving him and Pixie into the tree house and rented the Canterlot home to a nice young pony couple. They have been living there ever since.

- Moonshadow's father, Moonstone Arrow, was outraged when his son announced that he was moving out of his parent's house to move into his own place with his girlfriend. Moonstone yelled at him saying that he needed to stay home and continue his studies and needed to focus on his wizard career, he also continued to insult River Rose saying that she was a disgusting and worthless earth pony which only pissed Moonshadow off more. Some more choice words were said from Moonstone about how Shadow was throwing his life away and about how River was gonna ruin his life and reputation, which ended in Shadow throwing a punch at his Dad's face and breaking his nose. This caused Moonstone to tell Moonshadow to get out and never come back, that he was no longer part of his family.

- Although Moonshadow's father very much disliked his son's decisions and very much blamed and hated River Rose for it, Shadow's Mother and twin sisters were sad but happy for him to go live his own life and be happy. - Moonshadow went to Celestia's School for Talented Unicorns and was studying to become a powerful and strong wizard. He never stopped studying and is still a pretty powerful unicorn.

- Ever since Pixie Bit was little she had always dreamed of flying, but since she was an earth pony she couldn't. So, about a month before Pixie's sixth birthday, Shadow began to perfect a magic wings spell for her that was semi-permanent, meaning she could make the wings appear and disappear whenever she please, just bu saying a simple spell. And on her sixth birthday, Shadow told Pixie to say the spell and she was more than happy when she had a pair of wings appear on her back.

- Not too long after Moonshadow moved out of his parent's house, he started going by Moonshadow Forrest instead of Moonshadow Star because he simply liked the name Forrest more.
