Monika rejected him and took small steps to leave that place. 

She was never going to forgive him; he knew that but still, he tried. He didn't know what he was thinking at that time when Tina proposed to him and he said yes. But after saying yes to her, he realised who he actually wants is Monika. Before meeting Monika he thought that best friends who know each other by heart can only become the perfect partners that's why he chose Tina at first but then, after meeting Monika his mind was running wild and tried not to fall.

Love is a complicated word like God. Some believe in it and some not. 

Destiny is the thing which plays its role and pushes two people together to become a couple. 

When she liked him, he used to hate her and now she hates him and he started liking her. What kind of joke are these feelings and emotions?

In college days, Monika always looked at him from a far end, not knowing why her eyes always stopped at him. Watching him outside the building waiting for Tina. In the canteen his group gathered and had fun. The way he always cared about Tina, the best couple in the university, who didn't want that. The little attraction she felt towards him she never took it seriously. Then the marriage proposal. Oh that phase of joy. Like she was waiting for that for thousands of years. What was that she even didn't know!  

Monika's mind was screaming in frustration 'don't go' 'accept him before Tina come between them and ruin everything '

' what is she going to do if he gets married? ' 

' you need to win '  

'you are just one step closer'

It doesn't hurt at first but now it hurts her deeply. Her panic attack was reoccurring. 

Why after achieving so much in her life,she still feels the same? Empty, nothing makes her happy, why is it not easy to move on over the simple things? Why do depressed thoughts revolve in her mind all day? Why does her mind always think about the situation where Utkarsh and her can be together again? Why did that rascal have such an effect on her? Life is so fucked up. Why did she have to remind her wandering mind to always keep hating him?

While walking she saw her image in the big mirror which was placed in the middle.

She looked so beautiful like that beach princess. That decorated place was also so fascinating and getting proposed by Utkarsh was like she was in her dream. But in reality, it was scary to face unexpected things. How can she love him, if she is afraid to fall?

One part of her heart was saying don't go and to live that moment again, say yes to Utkarsh, but one part of her heart which was deeply hurt because of Utkarsh was saying rejecting him was the right thing to do. 

How can somebody like her emotionless person end up like this? 

A tear slipped out from her eyes. She wiped it clumsily. Her heart was sinking hearing the sound of waves. She started choking on her breath. 

Suddenly from behind Utkarsh came and held her arm.

"Are you alright Monika? "
