Ch. 10: Long night/Apologizes

Airachnid Pov-

(Y/n) stayed with Ratchet by his side waiting for him to wake up, Optimus watched them, Bulkhead & Acree were recharging, Bee tried to pull her away from Ratchet to give him some time. But she resisted & stayed with him.

Optimus worried about her, she wouldn't talk to him or any of them. Optimus then decided to call Airachnid over, the Bumblebee didn't like the idea bring Airachnid to the base, but Optimus believe that it was time that she could be trusted & help (Y/n).

Not to long after Airachnid came throw the ground bridge, seeing her poor lover in tears. (Y/n) didn't even turn around to see who was coming in, it was like she couldn't remove herself from holding on tight to Ratchet's arm.

Airachnid questioned Optimus prime about what had happened to her, giving some decepticons data link to him as well.

Optimus explained everything to her as she was disappointed with Ratchet. Airachnid walk over to (Y/n) hugging her from behind. (Y/n) shrugged by surprise as she knew who this warmth belong to.

(Y/n) quickly turned around & hugging Airachnid while tears were falling from her face. Airachnid held her close, the others were suspicious about Airachnid & (Y/n) as in why is it that (Y/n) reacted to her so quickly?.

"It's Alright my dear, I'm here." (Y/n) held her close tightly then notices that Ratchet stirred a little, his optics-lids fluttered slightly. From Bee's position he noticed & went to Optimus' berth room to alert their leader. He was already half-awake & came immediately. Bulkhead & Arcee were also woken by their movements seeing Airachnid hugging (Y/n) & came to them.

Ratchet optics opened weakly & looked around unsurely. He tried to sit up, but Optimus came quickly & gently pushed him back down.

"Easy old friend." he said, tone full of relief. (Y/n) turned her head. "You lost a lot of energon. Good, & bad."

Ratchet looked at the prime regretfully. "I.. didn't mean to hurt anyone. I just wanted so badly to--"

"Help them. We know." Airachnid said for him, wearing a small, grateful smile. Ratchet looked confused on why she was there hugging (Y/n) who had dried tears on her face. "But you nearly caused the loss of something irresponsible: Our medic. & most trusted friend, & beloved brother."

Ratchet's optics widened slightly at the last part & he look (Y/n) who then walked over to him holding his hand, smile slightly. "(Y/n)..I didn't mean to--"

" i know, I'm just glad your ok." She said as a tear came to her check, Airachnid then wipes it away from her check.

"You did lead us to a much needed energon supply. & for that, we should all be thankful." Optimus said.

Optimus placed a servo on the Medic's shoulder. Bee walked up to (Y/n) moving her back a bit next to Airachnid while he was next to her.
::She heard everything.::

Ratchet's expression turned to one of regret & slightly of horror. (Y/n) look away leaning against Airachnid. He looked down in shame.

"(Y/n) I'm so sorry. I am so, so sorry." (Y/n) looked at Ratchet, he reach out his hand, she reach out to his hand shackly.

Before she could even touch him, Airachnid & Bee grabbed her hand & pulled her away from Ratchet.

"The synthetic energon formula clearly needs refining before it can be tested again." Ratchet said causing (Y/n) smile a bit & Optimus nod in agreement. "On machines, not Autobots."
