I have a few things to say before I will go further.

2. in The Netherlands we have something called the entertainment team on camping or holiday parks. They are there to make sure that guest of the camping or holiday park are having lots of fun and will organized different activities and in dutch it called Animatie or entertainment. we have a few big company's of holiday parks called Landal greenparks, Roompot and Centerparcs
