I stared out of the window, watching two raindrops roll down it.

I decided to turn it into a race as I waited for the hot chocolate Adrien had ordered for the two of us. The second raindrop won, so I played the game a few more times before I was startled by Adrien tapping his pencil against the table, making me to jump.

I recalled how father wouldn't scare me unless he wanted to laugh. He was much more caring, kinder and gentle.

"Sorry," Adrien said looking at me with concern.

I was shocked that he hadn't laughed, but I quickly brushed that aside and responded to his apology.

"It's fine."

Smiling slightly to hide my fear, our order arrived and we thanked the kind women who brought us our hot chocolates'.

I soon noticed a piece of paper. It had a lot of writing and scribbles on it. I assumed it belonged to Adrien.

I gestured towards the paper and asked, "Working on something?"

He blinked a few times before smiling nervously at me. "It, uhm...it's something I'm kinda working on, for errr..." He began to trail off.

I giggled at his nervousness a little. "Is it for a girl?" I questioned teasingly.

He blushed, nodding slightly. "I'm trying to come up with ideas on where to take her on a date," he admitted sheepishly.

He sighed, losing his nervous streak, and quickly scribbled down a few ideas.

I giggled some more. "I could help you. I am a girl after all," I said rolling my eyes, smirking a little.

He looked at me surprised.

He then laughed nervously as he placed one hand behind his head.

"Yeah. Okay," he said smiling a little as he brought his hand back down to the table.

"What would be your perfect date?"

"Um...well something simple, but with a lot of effort put into it. Like a picnic at sunset, looking over to the Eiffel Tower with a bunch of flowers around and um..."

I felt my face burn up slightly as I placed my finger on my chin whilst Adrien wrote down what I was saying.

"The food would have to be delicious of course! Made by the boy in question, no help. Just him and his cooking. And during the last moments of the sunset, when the stars come out, he would pull my in and kiss me, telling me that he loves me. That would be my perfect date."

He finished writing everything down and smiled. "How would your dream boy ask?"

I thought about it.

Since I only knew Cat Noir, I never really thought about boys, or people in general.

When I finally had my answer, I spoke once again, "He would make a big deal out of it, but not at the same time."

Adrien looked at me confused.

"Like he would bring a small gift, nothing expensive, or a single flower saying 'Will you go on a date with me?' and I would be with my friends, well friend since you're my only one, and then he'd give me a bouquet of my favourite flowers!" I finished, clapping my hands together in excitement.

Adrien chuckled a little, smiling to himself as he wrote down what I said.

"You've really thought this through."

I shook my head, smiling as I picked up my hot chocolate, blowing on it carefully. "No, not really. I've never really sparked an interest in this type of thing before. I'm just going off the top of my head," I said, speaking quietly as I closed my eyes, my smile growing a little bigger.

I drank my hot chocolate, licking my lips whenever some got on them. For the first time in a long while, I felt...peaceful...
