Nalka looked out toward the sea, rain sprayed her face and black bottomed clouds dipped low, near the horizon in a grey u. The sky hummed, and exhaustion began to course through Nalka's veins like a liquid. Black spots danced the tango in her vision, which blurred in and out.
Destiny had foolishly challenged Nalka's powers. A strong lust for revenge had always burned deep in Nalka's blood, a force that should not be denied. Nalka let it out. Suprisingly it strengthened her magic, yet the lust grew stronger, and slowly, her thoughts blended with demonic words and the magic overloaded her body. Smoke curled off her fingertips and she fainted off the overlook.
Still barely conscious, Nalka noticed the air rushing around her, in a sharp arrow. A low thudding pounded in her ears and she felt her neck snap of the rocks below. Although her death should have been instant, her life force clung to her body for enough, letting Nalka survey her state.
Her body lay splayed out on the jagged rocks, hundreds of feet below the cliff she had released the revenge from. Magic still flowed through her body, and the clouds dipped so low as to touch Nalka's nose. Her molecules tingled before morphing into mist, thick mist. An outline of fog, and it was sucked into the clouds.

My vision was fuzzed as I opened my eyes I lay on a springy cot, cleanly done with white linen sheets, one under me, and the other blanketed up to my chest. Two other cots were placed in consecutive order next to me. A boy and a girl.
Two name plates at the end of the beds read who they were. The girl's name was Aisa and the boy was called Ladon. I read who I was, for I couldn't clearly remember anything. Moira. That was my name, the name triggered nothing inside me, except a sudden drowsiness which I expected wasn't from the name.
I lay back down on my cot and felt my temples. Two suction cups connected to an intricate set of wiring lay on both temples, they stung when I moved them, and air stung my skin when I painfully managed to lift one.
A doctor opened a sliding door and closed it, jumping when she noticed I was awake. Her voice was fuzzy and barely audible, but I made it out as "Moira". That was my name I understood. The doctor quickly walked to a screen set up by my bedside table.
She typed in something that I didn't know, and a graph came up, a steady line pattern was displayed across the screen, and a faint beeping sounded whenever I breathed inwardly. The doctor removed the suction cups from my temples, and I winced. It stung.
I sat up, and a headache came over me. Ignored it and tried to speak. I did, but it came out warbled and odd. "Wher-r 'm I" I said, rolling the r, creating an odd noise. I tried again. "Where am I" it came out sharp and clear.
"Adryl Doctoral Institution" the doctor replied, preoccupied by the screen in which she typed a message, that I read, curious what she might say in the message.
Moira is awake. That's all it said, Moira is awake. Apparently I had been asleep for a long time. Five minutes past and the boy and girl synonomously shuddered and sat up, eyes wild with terror.
"Ladon! Where are we!" the girl shrieked, looking around wildly. I supposed they were twins, because they both shared many physical features. Sharp green eyes, some shade of brown for hair, and fat cheekbones, that stuck out oddly on the girl's face but looked rather cute on the boy's.
"Who are you" the boy said, accusingly, in a deep masculine voice. The doctor turned, and, with a glint in her silver eyes.
"Hmm..." she said slyly. "You can call me Dr. Aklan" she said, smiling to herself as if she had just made a clever joke. My eye suddenly began to twitch, and my vision was sucked forward, the scene changed to an auburn haired woman in a cell. Nalka. That was who put her there I suspected.
My fingers also began tingling, preceding the eye twitch. My eyes were filled with a green light, and when the light quickly faded, I slammed head on, into the wall. Stars encircled my head, and I stumble, slightly dizzy.
Dr. Aklan simply smiled. "Moira, you can be a good girl and come with me" she stated, taking my arm and guiding me out of the room.

I narrowed my eyes as Dr. Aklan left the room. She was a suspicious character, I could tell that much. Ladon was my brother I could tell, but not much else. Unlike what information Ladon shared with me, I remembered my past, it was just a tad bit fuzzy. Like trying to remember something that simply isn't there.
I pitied the girl called Moira, who had appeared in front of the wall, causing her to smack into it. I wondered if I had any cool ability. We all must have had something rare in common, otherwise we would likely be in seperate hospital rooms.
I decided to figure out who Dr. Aklan really was, because she was just too suspicous. I roused Ladon, who had fallen asleep again, and led him into a long stone corridor, lit with torches. Not normal. I thought. Not normal.
I observed a flashing green light at the end of the hallway, and cautiously stepped down the hallway. My stomach tingled, and I hoped I wouldn't barf. At the end of the hallway, a large barred medal door glowed green, emitting flashes of light, which burned on impact.
I remembered how Moira had glowed green and emitted flashes of light when she teleported across the room. I concentrated on the door, and it splintered into bits of wood, which instantly vanished on impact with anything solid.
Moira was battling Dr. Aklan, and Dr. Aklan had Moira cornered, Moira was deep in concentration, sometimes emitting green flashes for protection. Another bright green flash, and Moira appeared behind Dr. Aklan. And gripped her by the neck. Dr. Aklan simply vanished into dust, and Moira collapsed, unconscious on the floor.
