⒈Prologue

Rough hands pushing
through hair,

moist lips meeting
one another,

ragged breathing
filling the air,

thighs over thighs,
chest against chest,

feeling the closeness between the one they cherished the most, hearing the hurriedly beating heart inside of the person they loved the most.

Quietness filled the dressing room, the only sound being a pair of lips moving against each other, followed by continuous quiet "I love you"s, which didn't even have to be spoken to be heard by the other.

A gentle knock on the door immediately caused them to flinch and pull away from each other, the only way to separate those two was the risk of being found out.

"Hyunjin, we need you out in 5.", a female voice announced from the other side of the door. "Ah, alright.. I'll be right there.", Hyunjin replied, silently cursing himself for his flustered state after what just occurred.

"You're quite adorable like this.~", a cooing voice brought Hyunjin back from the little trance he found himself in as he glanced down on the person beneath his chest, still feeling too embarrassed to just quickly push himself off. "Shut up, Jisung.", Hyunjin mumbled, nearly purring as the younger boy gently combed his fingers through his hair. "I know that you would only sulk and blame me if I didn't talk to you at all for the rest of the day, so I'd rather not.", Jisung said with a chuckle at the end as he gave Hyunjin a quick peck on his already reddened lips.

"Hurry and go now, the crowd is waiting.", Jisung carefully stood up, his hands snaking under Hyunjin's thighs as the taller boy wrapped his arms around his boyfriend's neck. "I'd rather just cancel it and spend the day with you instead, it's my birthday after all...", Hyunjin mumbled as he buried his face into Jisung's shoulder, still having no intention of leaving the person he cherished the most on this evening.

"Hyunie, it's much too late to cancel now. You'll go out to impress the entire population of Seoul and after that we'll have enough time to still go on a late birthday date. Alright?", Jisung said while rubbing his thumbs in circles on Hyunjin's thighs.

A sigh left Hyunjin's lips as he could do nothing but nod. He knew that Jisung was right, but he still didn't want to go out there. Being surrounded by people that most likely only cared for his looks on his own birthday was really not a great feeling. He was relieved to at least have Jisung joining the event, as not even his relatives could make it in time for his special concert.

The amount of love they felt towards each other was equal, thus Hyunjin would always spend whatever free time he could get in Jisung's "office" and Jisung would accompany him to almost all of his events.

Jisung slowly let Hyunjin down and reached over to the table, turning back to Hyunjin to give him a last kiss before adding a fresh layer of lip tint on his pretty boy's lips and straightening the other's fluffed up hair out again.

"I'll sneak into the audience later, so do your best as always.~", Jisung said and soon enough screaming and screeching were heard as it was time for Hyunjin to finally get on stage.

"I love you", both of them said at the same time which caused Hyunjin to quickly make his way out of the room, a light blush spreading across his cheeks, while Jisung watched him disappear. A chuckle came from his lips before he slumped back in the seat and pulled his phone out, watching a live-stream of the performance that was just about to begin.
