"What's going on with Yuri?" Rian asked.

"She's been spacing out since earlier." Gianne added.

"She seems really troubled." Jia said.

"Girls, if you're going to talk about me, at least do it where I can't hear you." Yuri said, making the three girls flinch in surprise.

"What's your problem?" Gianne asked.

"It's Mom." Yuri answered hesitantly.

"What about your mom?" Jia asked.

"She wants me to marry a guy I literally just met yesterday."

"What?! Why?" Jia exclaimed.

"I don't know. She even told me to stop dating other guys because of him. And I'm grounded for five months."

"Five months? Can you even survive that?" Rian laughed.

"I'll try." Yuri muttered while resting her chin on her palm.

The four girls were sitting in the cafeteria during break time.

"Is he handsome?" Gianne suddenly asked.

"Huh?" Yuri blinked.

"I said, is your fiancé handsome?"

"He's not my fiancé yet. Mom introduced him as my boyfriend, and after two years, we're supposed to get married."

"Ohhh." Jia nodded.

"Now answer my question." Gianne insisted.

"Hmmm... he's pretty tall, has gentle features, a sharp nose, and kissable lips-"

Yuri immediately stopped talking and covered her face.

"Yah! Why am I even describing him to you guys?! Seriously?!"

The three girls burst out laughing.

Yuri rolled her eyes. They were obviously teasing her.

"So, what's his name?" Rian asked.

"Jungkook Jeon." Yuri answered with a frown.

For some reason, just hearing his name annoyed her.

"Nice name." Jia commented.

"Is he Korean?" Gianne asked.

"I don't know. I only met him last night."

"Two years from now, you won't be a Kwon anymore." Jia teased.

"Huh?"

"You'll become Mrs. Yuri Kwon Jeon."

"Oh please!"

The girls laughed even harder while Yuri glared at them.

In the middle of their laughter, someone suddenly interrupted them.

"I heard the name Jungkook. Mind telling me what you're talking about?"

Yuri looked up and nearly rolled her eyes.

The Gossip Girls.

Of course it was them.

There were eight of them in total-basically the school's official gossip squad.

"Oh, now I get why they're called Gossip Girls," Yuri muttered under her breath. "They're ridiculously nosy."

"Excuse me?" the leader snapped.

"If you're passing by, then go ahead. No one's stopping you." Yuri replied sarcastically.

She was only trying to get the girl to leave because honestly, she was starting to get on Yuri's nerves.
