Two kingdoms

Where am I?

I start to get up, only to be stopped. I look down at the white straps forcing my wrists and ankles down to the bed. I squirm trying to break free, but it won't budge.

I feel panic rise at being restrained. What is going on?

I frantically scan the room looking for a way out.

"Someone, please help me!" I look around trying to find anyone.

I see a white door as it slowly opens.  A young man walks into the room. He has a cold expression and dark empty eyes.

"Hello, how are you feeling?" He looks me up and down before looking at his clipboard.

He is wearing a doctor's uniform with white scrubs underneath.

"Are y- you a doctor?", I choke out barley able to get my voice past a whisper.

"Yes, I am Dr. Jeon, how are you feeling?"

"Where am I?" I start to shiver as the man walks over to look down at me.

"So it seems you don't remember?" He says with a curious look on his face.

He then mumbles something under his breath and starts writing in his clipboard.

"Hello, can you answer my question?" Getting frustrated, I start to shake.

"Do you know your name?" he says, ignoring me again.

"My name is-," Not being able to say my name, I think harder. "My name is- " I cut myself off mid-sentence as the realization sunk in that I don't even know my name, nor where I am.

"It is as I expected." he says, while writing on his clipboard.

He clears his throat, "Well, welcome to your home, I have to go, but someone will be here shortly to get you something to eat." he turns, walks out the door, leaving me alone.

"Why am I here?" Tears start to run down my face, and I keep looking around hoping for an explanation.

The door opens and a woman walks in with a tray.

"This is your lunch."

She lays the tray on the floor, and releases some of the straps holding me, so that I can eat. She then leans the back of the bed up. She places the tray on my lap, and hands me a bendy spork.

"15 minutes." She says crossing her arms. Then just stood there watching me.  My hands shook as I held the spoon.

The tray had a stale piece of bread, and gross looking soup. There was mostly liquid and barley any vegetables. I grabbed the bread deciding that I should at least try it. Putting the bread in my mouth, I realized that I was starving, and in a matter of seconds, all the food was gone. I looked up and saw that the woman now held chained cuffs in her hand.

"Why do you have those?" All the food I just ate felt like it was going to come back up. She didn't answer and opened the door with her keycard.

Two men walk into the room. They grabbed me roughly and untied me from the bed. I could barely walk and they had to hold me up. They led me to a brightly lit hallway, the walls dark gray and dozens of doors lined on the wall identical to mine.  At the end of the hallway, two guards stood. My hands started to shake as we kept going forward.

They led me out and to a small elevator. I was shaking with fear. I need answers. After a couple seconds, the doors opened, and I was pushed into the large white room. In the middle stood a white desk with a man behind it. He looked older, with many wrinkles on his face.
