Newly orphan Eleanor Hudson live in shitty town, known as Zero City which mean theres nothing good about this city.
Zero city is lair of criminal, mafia, gangs and other danger stuff, but people can't do what they want to do freely in this town cause Xavier King will slice your throat and feed you to his pet, Piranhas.
Even though dangerous stuff happen everyday in this city, no authorities or central government seems to mind the fuck up of this city, because the last time they put their hand on Xavier King territories, the president himself have to hold the consequent, losing all his finger in mysterious way, the problem that never been solve.
Only few people know what Xavier King looks like, even if you know his face, theres two possibility, one he is your protector or your killer.
