Eleventh Cup

The next few weeks went by in a flash. Chase was working hard with Mocha's obedience and beginner training. She was incredibly talented and smart. Serenity was still in her normal routine at work, but now during her time off, she tried to spend as much of it with Chase as possible. Things were amazing between them, they clicked very well, and everyone continued to comment on how cute they were. Serenity was touched by how patient he was and respectful of her choices. Which made this particular night special. Tonight, she was going to do something she hadn't done before...

It was finally June, and the weather was warming up. Serenity let out a sigh and turned away from the mirror to Amaya and Lily. The shop was closed today for deep cleaning. Her uncle was back in town and he did this sort of thing twice a year to keep maintenance up on the systems. "Well...what do you think?" Serenity blushed showing them the new black sundress that had strawberry polka-dots on it. The two squealed from Lily's bed.

"You look perfect! Chase won't know what hit him!" Amaya chirped, hugging a cat-shaped pillow. Lily nodded in agreement. Serenity blushed a bit, she didn't normally wear girly stuff, but she saw this at Hot-Topic and had to get it.

Lily pulled her down to the floor so she could braid her hair, "So...you gonna do it tonight?" She questioned as she ran a brush through Serenity's golden locks.

"If all goes well. I've uh...been practicing..." Serenity hung her head and Lily smacked her to keep it up.

"Oooh!!! On what??? Did you buy a dildo?!" Amaya fell over laughing.

Serenity shrieked, "NO!!!!" Another tug from Lily's vice grip, "Gah!" The woman was strong. Grumbling and muttering profanities she continued to braid down Serenity's Rapunzel-like hair. Letting out a sigh, her face turned red, "Popsicles..." She said in defeat.

There was a long silence in the room. Even Lily stopped braiding her hair. "So... that's why all the fudgesicles were gone after 3 days...." Amaya finally broke the silence, "And here I thought it was your period!!" She laughed and Lily chimed in with her own laughter.

Serenity let out another sigh of defeat, "I... I just wanted everything to be perfect tonight."

The trio let out simultaneous squeals, "It will be!" Lily smiled brightly turning Serenity around, "Anyone can see how happy you two are together. I'm sure he will be impressed even for your first time!"

Amaya nodded in agreement, "Lil is right. Even if you didn't practice, I'm sure you will blow him away...Literally." She snickered, "Men like innocence...I think..." she trailed off, they each became silent, staring down. They were all virgins. They couldn't be sure what men actually liked. "But still! Chase loves you!"

Serenity blushed, "You think? We haven't said it yet..." she punched the air, "But tonight I am!!! Chase IS amazing! And respectful...and sexy and patient...I really think I've fallen in love with him."

Amaya and Lily pulled her into a group hug, "That's our girl!" Glancing up at the clock Amaya gasped, "Oh shit! You need to get goin'!" Breaking away from the hug the two pushed their friend into the living-room.

"Where are you going again?" Lily asked making sure Serenity was put together before handing her bag over.

Serenity tripped as she slipped on her flip-flops, revealing her blue toes, "To this new place that opened on the other side of town. They do like grilled foods and ice cream." She was drooling already. She had heard an ad on the radio one morning for it and told Chase they should try it out. He was all for it.

Then there was a knock on the door. Prompt as always. The two let out another squeal for Serenity, who was already turning red with embarrassment. As she opened the door, she noted the look that passed over Chase's face. He was a bit taken back to see her in a dress.

"Wow..." He stammered, locking eyes with her, "Ah...um, ready to go?" He offered a hand, but the two who had remained hidden, or more so he had eyes on her, pushed her into his arms.

"HAVE FUN YOU TWO!!!" Lily sang happily, waving.

Amaya wiggled her eyebrows, "Lots and lots of fun!" Then slammed the door, fits of giggles could be heard behind it. Chase blinked dumbfounded.

"The fuck?" he asked finally. Serenity sighed heavily. "I swear those two are crazy..." he shook his head, "Perfect for Zane and Elliot." laughing he wrapped his arms around Serenity and pulled her close. "How are you lovely?" Placing a small kiss on the top of her head he smiled happily as she looked up.

"Great! I missed you..." it had been a few days since she saw him. The shop had been incredibly busy with summer break starting, and Chase had been training the new guy in his department overnight. Tons of overtime.

Chase cupped her face and kissed her deeply, cueing more squeals from the door. They were peeking through the peephole. "I missed you as well." Her smile made all his stress melt away. He knew he was falling for her. Hard. "You look fucking amazing." Chase twirled her around, her dress swirling with her, making her giggle.

Stepping back a little, her hands in his she took him in. He was dressed in his typical dark blue jeans and a pair of black boots, but today he was wearing a bright teal shirt with dark green stripes on the chest. His style was always simple, but damn he looked good. His muscles kissed the shirt and his long legs were complimented by the jeans. Now he also donned a quarter sleeve tattoo on his forearm. A symbol as his career and dedication as a cop, with Mocha's paw-print incorporated. That dog had him wrapped around her enormous paws. "You don't look so bad yourself there, officer." she swayed her hips, attempting to flirt. More giggles from the hidden peanut gallery.

Chase's mouth twitched as he tried not to laugh at how cute she was trying to flirt with him. "Now, now, ma'am. I don't want to have to take you in for being too gorgeous." he teased back, "I'm not a good cop." he purred.

Laughing, Serenity tugged him along, "We should get goin'! It's beautiful outside!" her face lit up, making his heart skip again.
