💘TAKE MY BREATH AWAY💘

Alex POV

I drove my pickup to the basement parking lot at NORBELL Inc. and parked at one of the vacated private areas reserved for the family.

Getting out of my pickup I lock the door and put on the alarm then head towards the elevator pressing the open button. The elevator doors open and I walk in punching the 21st floor which heads up to my fathers main office.

The elevator stops at its destination with the doors opening.! Ping! Getting off the elevator I notice that there was a reception desk on my right with a young woman  who looks like she was in her late 20s with blonde hair tucked back in a tight bun and wearing a navy suit with a red blouse sitting behind the tall mahogany oval shaped desk typing away at the computer.

" good morning. I'm here to see Mr Romano!"

The lady stop typing away at the computer then turns and look in my direction and was about to answer when shock got written on her makeup face. She quickly jumped off her chair.

Hel-hello sir. I mean Mr Romano sir. My-my name is Kelcy John".

A smile spreads on her face as she stretch out her hand to me. I shack it firmly and return her smile then became business like. Before I could say any thing kelcy beats me to it.

"Mr Romano said to expect your arrival sir. He is in the conference room. That will be the last door down the hall." Kelcy says still smiling

"Thank you Mrs John". I said and walked away.

walked through the lobby heading in the direction of the conference room. Walking I notice that this floor was slightly changed there was three doors on the right while on the left had a kitchen, washroom and rest room. The conference room was directly in the center.

Opening the door I walked in and notice my dad sitting at the head table with two men and a lady on his right an empty chair on his left and two other men on his left.

My dad stopped what he was saying and waved me to sit at the empty seat next to him. Everyone stood up as my dad introduced me.

" this is George Greyham, Michael Dobs, Veronica milino, Thomas Archer and Bob Surrey". My dad says with a quick introduction about their company.

"And this is my son Alessandro Romano. He will be taking over the company as of next week. Now can we all sit and get this meeting started".
