Part 12

At the party,
Ragini enters the party she was wearing off shoulder purple gown with her hair on one side and small pearl earrings.
She was talking with one of the employes when someone taps her shoulder.
Ragini(turns and gets happy)-karan...when did you come back???(she turns to the emplyee)i will talk to you later..
The person nods and goes.
She happily hugs karan.
Karan- aaj hi aaya..infact abhi thodi der pehle....(today only...infact a few hours before this party)
Sanskar also comes.
Sanskar- wassup guys...
Karan- btw ragini....manna padega ...you are too beautiful to handle...(btw ragini...i have to admit...you are too beautiful too handle)
Sanskar- True that...
Ragini- woh toh hona hi tha...after all this is my sisters choice..(ofcourse...afterall this is my sister's choice)
All three were talking.
Laksh comes and everyone looks at him.
Laksh- so thanks to everybody present here ....this is a celebration of our partnership with mr.kukreja....
And then he looks at ragini and ragini also looks at him. Both share a eyelock for a few seconds.
And then remove their eyes.
Everybody was talking when dadi comes to ragini.
Ragini(touching her feet)- aree dadi aap...
Dadi- kush raho beta...are karan tu aa gaya..(be happy beta...aree karan you also are here...)
Karan(touches her feet)- haan dadi....
Dadi was talking to three of them when laksh comes.
Laksh- miss gadodia..
Ragini- yes sir...
Laksh-come with me...we will complete the dictation....
Ragini nods.
Sanskar and karan (together)- dictation???
Ragini (makes a face)- dont ask me....anyways i will see you guys...
She leaves.

In laksh room,
Laksh turns as ragini was behind her.
Laksh- miss gadodia...
Ragini- sirrrrr....i understand the fact that you love my surename but my first name is also not that bad...raaggiinii...you can call me that...
Laksh(looks at her for a few seconds)- so ragini...i was saying that you are looking beautiful today...
Ragini- oh i am so sorry...aap mujhe compliment de rage they aur mekne aap hi ko suna diya...(oh i am so sorry you were going to praise mein and i told you all this)
Laksh(smiles a bit)- its ok...i like honesty....
Ragini smiles back.
Laksh- lets start then...
They worked for almost half an hour.
Ragini- sir i am thinking that we should give a try to indian wear more than western...
Laksh- yaa why not sure..
Laksh was holding a pencil which falls from his hand.
He bends to pick up the pencil and ragini also bends. Both their hands touch. Both look at each other they were super close so close that their heads were almost touching. Laksh got lost in her eyes while ragini's breath was rising. Both came into senses through sanskars voice.
Sanskar- lucky.....
Both stood up and were avoidimg looking at each other.
Sanskar enters.
Sanskar- oye lucky...kitna kaam ...karwaya ga bichari se...tu bhi enjoy kar ...teri clients tujhe dhoond rahai...aur isko bhi enjoy karne de...(oye lucky...how much will you make her work...you also enjoy the party and let her also enjoy)
Laksh- aahh..tum dono ek dusre ko jaante ho...(ahh ...do you guys know each other)
Ragini- haan wohh....(yes...actually)
Sanskar- aree haan hum dono best friends hai...kaafi saalon se....tumne bataya nahi interview ke wakt...(yess yaar...we are best friends ...you did not tell him this...)
Ragini- no...actually i wanted to get this job through my capabilities
Laksh gets really impressed by her words.
Sanskar- ohh...capabilities and all haan...
Ragini look at him with big eyes.
Laksh-ok yaa ...ragini we will complete this work later...you can go and enjoy the party....
Ragini- ok sir...
Ragsan go out of the room.
Sanskar-dekha .... Bacha liye na meine tumhe...(see....i saved you today..)
Ragini rolls her eyes and then she remembers the recent moment which took place between her and laksh.
Ragini pov-kya tha woh...jo bhi tha bohot different tha...meine aisa kabhi kisi ke saath feel nahi kiya...kuch bohot naya tha...
(What was that...that was something different...i have never felt like this with anybody till now...something very new..)
Sanskar( passes his hand through her face)-hey...what happened haa...
Ragini(comes back to reality)-ahh...nothing....
Both come down. When annpurna comes.
Sanskar- badi maa ...isi milye...yeh meri best friend ragini hai...aur abhi toh laksh ki employe bhi hai...(badi maa...meet her...she is my best friend...and also a employee of laksh)
Ragini-namaste aunty...
Annpurna- namaste beta...bohot pyaari lag rahi hai...(namaste beta...you look pretty..)
Ragini-thanks aunty...

Now the music starts.
Sanskar forwards his hand-dance....
Ragini-ofcourse...(holds his hand)
Ragini(while dancing)-waise sanskar...kavitha ko nahi bulaya...(btw you did not invit kavitha)
Sanskar-oh hello...yeh mere bhai ki office party hai...(oh hello...this is my brothers office party)
Ragini(chuckles)-but girlfriend ko toh...(but girlfriend ....)
Sanskar-raginii...
Ragini(laughs)- sorry yaa...but she still loves you...
Sanskar-stop assmunig things ok...
Ragini rolls her eyes.
Both were talking and laughing while dancing when laksh comes down.
Both raglak look at each other and remember the recent moment with each other.
Music gets over.

After sometime,
Ragini was with karan and sanskar.
Ragino-ok guys now i am leaving...it will be late...
Sanskar - yaa come i will drop you...
Laksh(from behind )-no need sanskar...i will drop her...so that we can discuss more about the assigment...come ragini...
Laksh now leaves.
Karan- assigment....
Sanskar- go ragini...after all aapko yeh job aapki capabilities pe mile hai na...(go ragini after all..you have got this job through your capabilities..)
Ragini-just shut up both of you...
Ragini makes a face and leaves.
Sanskar and karan look at each other and burst out of laughter.
