Walking out onto the college grounds after class I couldn't help but think in less than a month we all will be graduating and will be joining the field of the hopeless and hopeful workers in this world.
"Hey beautiful ladies I'm having a party at the beach house on Friday. Don't invite the losers". Jordan shouts pulling me out of my thought.
"When you say 'losers' that means 'you' right!?" Megan ask sarcastically as she rolls her eyes in her sockets.
"Ha,ha,ha very funny Megs. Aren't you the optimist". Jordan states as he waves us off heading toward his crew of friends.
"Jordan's not a bad guy. I think he's kinda cute". Says Ashley. I watch Ashley as she steals a glance in Jordan's direction with a stain blush on her cheeks.
"Yeah only for you. I think Jordan has a poker up his butt because he thinks being with the it crowd makes him all that". Megan says as she rolls her eyes looking at Ashley and shaking her head.
"Come on guys its my turn to make dinner for me and my mom and I'm already running behind". I say laughing.
We all head to Megan's car which is at the parking lot of the college. Megan is the only one of us three which has her own car. Ashley's dad promised her a car when she graduates so she's excited for that. As for me well I'm gonna have to put that dream of owning a car on hold until...

"Tell me again why those guys invite geeks like us to their parties?" I say as I lean into the front between Megan and Ashley's seat on the car.
I love sitting short gun you may ask why? The answer is simple I get to stretch my legs up and have a quick nap before getting to my destination.
"Because we're beautiful and not to mention popular with the whole college! Duhh". Ashley says as she turns looking at me with that 'are you seriously asking that stupid question' look on her face.
"Not to mention S-M-A-R-T". This coming from Megan as she still has her eyes on the road.
We all laugh at what Megan said. My phone rang. I pulled it out of my back pocket and saw that the caller ID said mom so I answered speaking Portuguese.
"Hey mommy...Yes I'm almost home and yes Megan is dropping me off...love you mommy bye". I hang up
"I'm gonna seriously learn to speak your language Bella cause the only thing I know is yes and mother and when I'm done its gonna be'YES' in your face". Megan says and we all past out laughing.
