Lapis' POV

I was cleaning up a table when I saw a big muscled girl walk into the bar. She had tattoos all up her arms and a scar across her face. She sat down at a table watching over the dancers. Before I could do anything else I felt someone pull me into the bar. I look around to see Amethyst standing there with her arms crossed with anoyed look on her face. "Don't go anywhere near her you hear me! " she said loudly over the music with her finger in her face. "Why can't I ? " I said pushing her finger out of my face. "Cause she's my step sister. Ok! When you left my dad remarried and she already had a daughter. " I sighed I didn't want to push her for any more information on the girl I only said "and why do you hate her? " she pulled me into the back so that no one could here us. "Her and Peri had a thing okay it was an abusive relationship were Peri was ignored and bearded by Jasper. " I frowned so Peridot was dating an asshole hu. "And what would happen if Peri were to see her? " I asked thinking the worst. "She would be scared shitless and run of crying. When Jasper first got abusive she ran away to Ruby's mum's house because she knew nobody would look for her their and Ruby's mum wouldn't tell anyone because she felt like if Peridot is willing to talk she will talk. " I sighed and looked out the window in the door to see Ruby, Sapphire and Peridot all laughing at the bar. "But what if Jasper comes to the bar. " I asked worried Amethyst shrugged and went to the bar I followed along and rapped my arm around Peridot's neck "hey Peri haven't seen you all day. " she blushed a little and Amethyst whispered something into Ruby's ear I instantly knew it was about Jasper. "Hey Peri I think you should go off to bed I mean closing is in an hour and you did say you were tried. " Peri shrugged and said "I guess but I don't like being up there alone when everyone else is down here. " I smiled and stood up. "Well I do live with you so I'll get an early night aswell. " Peridot smiled and turned to walk out of the bar towards the steps Ruby clapped her hands at my accomplishment but soon her face went pale as I heard a voice come from behind me "hello Peridot long time no see."
