Molly and Aurther are King and Queen, duh, and from Bill to Ginny they are 1st-7th in line for the throne. Great Aunt Muriel is a countess and Molly's brothers (rip) were given the title of knights.
The Potters:
After Lily and James were killed (rip) Lady Petunia and Lord Vernon and their son Sir Dudley moved into the palace. As James had no living relatives, Petunia and Sirius and Remus co-ruled the country until Harry turned eleven. He named each of them advisers and made Dudley King of Candyland (lol)
(Basically in this story, Petunia and Dudley are nice, Dudley is just a bit blunt, and Vernon is still a jerk)
The Malfoys
Draco is the idiotic son of the King of Malfoy, and his wife, who was part of the Royal Family of Black.
Magicae
Cornelius of the house Fudge was the King before someone else assassinated him. BUT THEN there was a Wizarding World War and a cool guy called Kingsley Shacklebolt took over. It's complicated.
Everything else is pretty straightforward. But that's just the Royals. Now on to the nobles.

Fleur's parents are Viscount and Viscountess of a region in Royaume. I think this makes Fleur and Gabrielle Baronesses?
The Grangers
Knight and Dame of Grange, and their daughter Lady Hermione from the country of Weasley.
The Lovegoods
Lord Xenopelious and Lady Pandora of Lovegood, and their daughter Lady Luna from the country of Potter.
The Longbottoms
Neville's parents were a Knight and a Dame. He's a Lord, and his grandma is a Baronet.
