Chapter 1

8-year-old (Y/N) POV

"Mommy, when will I get a quirk?" My mom, dad, and I are sitting on the couch watching t.v.

"Oh honey," My mom looks at me sadly.

Even though you're supposed to get your quirk by the age of four, I still have hope.

My dad then looks down at me since we're sitting on the sofa watching tv, with me in between them.

"Don't worry, I'm sure soon enough, you'll have the best quirk out there." He then smiles at me.

I jump up and stand on the sofa happily.

"Yeah! I'll be the number 1 hero one day just like All Might. Ha-ha-ha."

My Dad laughs and sits me down.

"Can we go get some ice cream?"

"Well, since tomorrow's your first day at a new school... then yes."

My mom says while I get up bouncing.

"Oh yeah i-i-icecream for me!"

I do my happy dance as my mom, and dad gets up and get their wallets.

When we get to the ice cream shop, my mom and dad buy the icecream when I hear someone yelling.

"You stupid Deku, you can't be a hero without a quirk!"

I see a little boy with ash-blonde hair yell at another boy with green fluffy hair on the ground, across the street at the park.

I managed to slip away without mom or dad noticing. I'm on the sidewalk but there are cars crossing really fast.

"This isn't fair, I want to go help that boy, at the park, just like a real hero. . ."

I then feel a weird but comforting sensation form in my body and suddenly, I'm right in front of the green-haired boy that was across the street.

"Where the hell did you come from?!" The ash-blonde hair kid yells at me.

"U-uh I don't know. . ." Then the thought comes to me, I got my quirk. Teleportation! A huge grin comes to my face.

"Oi! What are you smiling about?!" I ignore the tempered boy and turn around to help the green-haired boy.

"Hi their, my name is (L/n), (Y/n). But you can call me (Y/n)." I hand out my hand as he hesitates to grab it.

"HEY, IM TALKING TO YOU!" that hedgehog boy really needs to shut up.

"H-Hi, my name is Midoriya, Izuku. But you can call me, Deku."

Deku? Ok. I turn around and point my finger at the bully.

"Listen to hedgehog, you shouldn't bully people, because that's really mean."

"Tch, who do you think you are to tell me what to do? Now move out my way extra."

Someone needs to put this boy in his place.

Just as I'm about to say something, a lady comes and hits him across the head.

"Katsuki! What have I told you about yelling?!"

"Shut up you old hag- Ow!"

She hits him again and I try to hold in my laugh. The boy whose name I learned is Katsuki and what I think is his mom leaves.

I turn around.

"Well Deku, it was nice to meet you, I hope we can be friends."

His face turns red and says, "Me too."

"Oh, there you are. I was looking all over for you Izuku. Don't you scare me like that again."

"Sorry." He says.

"Hi there, I see you've met my son, and what's your name?"

"I'm (L/n), (Y/n) but you can call me (Y/n)!" I say with a smile, handing out my hand. She shakes it with a smile of her own.

"You can call me Inko."

I nod my head when I hear my mom and dad shout my name. Inko and Midoriya leave when I try my quirk again.

"So how did it work last time. . ."

I think about the icecream shop entrance were my mom and dad were when I feel the sensation throughout my body again.

Opening my eyes I see my dad looking down at me slightly startled.

"Hey kiddo where were you? And where'd you come from?"

"Daddy, Mommy! I got a quirk, I can teleport just like mom! And I made a friend called Izuku Midoriya but he told me to call him Deku, and an annoying hedgehog boy who's name is Katsuki!" I say with a smile as my dad picks me up and throws me in the air catching me.

"Honey!" My mom comes and smiles when she sees dad has found me.

"She has a quirk just like yours!" He shouts and I giggle.

"Really which one?"

"Teleportation." My dad says as he put me down and my mom hands me my strawberry flavored ice cream, and we start walking home.

"You better not just go missing like that again, we were really worried about you." My mom says.

"I was just like a hero Mommy I helped Midoriya because hedgehog boy was bullying him," I say with a smile.

They laugh and we continue walking home.

Hi peeps, this is my first fanfiction. I might just do the first few chapters about your childhood so that you know you're background Story. Ik not many people will read this story. But I'm just having fun. Anyways-s-s I hope for few that read this enjoy it.☺️
