I started running for my life.
LITERALLY
I heard footsteps coming and I got my keys out of my pocket and hopped into my car
I drove all the way to my apartment...I took the long route so that I could lose them
I took out my keys and opened my apartment door to find Jess awake and typing on her laptop.
She looked up and said "Why do you look like you've seen a ghost. And why are you out of breath."
"Because I may get fired from my job because I yelled at a rude customer. And also I threw the food that he ordered all on him. But he disrespected me and-" I didn't get to finish my sentence because somebody started banging on the door.
I hurriedly moved into the closet "Jess if anyone asks..I'm not here" I said as I close the closet door on me to hide.
I hear Jess open the door and someone steps in " Hey Calvin...what is up" I hear Jess say.
I step out of the closet and see Jess and Calvin hugging.
"What were you doing in the closet?" Calvin says with a confused glance on his face. Jess starts laughing and my face goes scarlet red
"Um...nothing." I answer.
"Well..me and Jess are leaving to go meet my parents. Bye Rain" Calvon says
"Bye Rain" and with that they both walk out the door.
I take a long sigh and walk to the bathroom..I remove my clothing and take out my ponytail
I turn the water on warm and wash my body with my vanilla dove soap..I make sure to wash my hair
After that I step out the shower and change into a t-shirt and black cotton shorts with a red heart on the side
On my TV Empire is playing..I get under my covers and watch tv until I fall asleep
