Ability to use the abilities of extraterrestrials.
Example: User with this ability either is or can transform into an alien. Given the near infinite variety of possible extraterrestrials, even only the ones in fiction, a user can use a lot of different powers. The user can use powers like flight, healing, telekinesis, vacuum adaptation, telepathy, etc. But the user can only use them to a certain extent which is not much.
Drawbacks: Include migraines, fatigue, passing out, and loss of a certain power.
