I started taking French class since in high school and now I'm not sure. Sitting through the one hour and a half of French Mrs Baker French session I began to wonder how I had made Alex talk me into this subject.
I can write and understand the language but can't speak it fluently. I leave the speaking to Ashley and Megan.
Fifteen minutes into the class my phone vibrates into my Jena pocket. Taking it out I saw that I had a text from Alex. I'm mad at him for standing me up last night but when I read the text my face couldn't help but brighten.
Soulmate: please don't be mad at me. I'm soon sorry about last night.
Soulmate: will make it up to you. Your mom made me one of my fav. Want!

Soulmate: ah she speaks lol and I'd never bribe you but is it working?

Instead of answering Alex I put my phone back into my pocket and focus on the class. The dean walk into the classroom five minutes before it ended and announced that the list of intern was on the bulletin board.
"The post students are to report next week Thursday at the auditorium at 10am". Says the dean and with that he left.
After class we head to the bulletin board. There were so many students but Megan left us behind and pushed herself through the crowd.
"Auditorium guys next week Thursday". Megan say laughing
"I knew it". I say rolling my eyes
"Hey guys, I guess we're gonna find out where we intern next week unlike the regulars who already know". This coming from Jordan
"Jordan sometimes you can really be a squid". Megan says
" I'll take that as a compliment Megan. My internship will be at NORBELL Inc. no doubt about that". Jordan says smirkingly as her walks away
"Megan".. Ashley was about to talk when Megan looked in her direction putting her hand up in Ashley's face.
Without another word we walk to Megan's car at the parking lot on the college ground. We all got in as Megan plugged in her phone and 'ooouuu by Young M.A. came on.
"Are you coming to the hanger Bella?". Ashley says
"Guess I'll need a ride but I'm going over to see if my mom needs help first".
"Need help with what". Megan says looking at me with eyebrow raised through the rear view mirror but continue driving.
"The Romanos are having their family dinner tonight".
"I thought the host this function on Sundays". Ashley answers
" yeah they do but I think they're hosting it tonight because of Alex".
"Oh. Well call us when you need a lift k?" Megan says
Megan dropped me off at my place. Quickly waving bye I entered the house locking the door behind me.
Heading straight to my room taking my clothes off I head to the washroom.
