Resting the top half of my body on the head board thinking how back of a friend I am to Bella. Picking up my phone from the side table to call Bella when my phone rang.
"Hello".
"Hey bro I'll be in the U.S. of A. This Friday. Will text you the time".
"Gabriel, hey man. Sure thing bro".
After Gabriel hang up there was a knock on my door. I got up and saw it was Gino asking for Evangeline.
"Moms looking for her. She says something about their hair". Gino says
"Did you check her room?"
"I haven't". Gino says. At that same time Roberto was heading to his room so we both ask him for Evangeline.
"She's in her room with Bella getting girls stuff done". Roberto answers as he continues to walk to his room
Gino was about to get Evangeline but I stopped him and said I'd do it. Gino let out a huge sigh then he too walked to his room.
Walking up to the door I knocked and heard my sister's voice as I walk into the room.
There on the bed sat the two most precious women in my life. 'Where the heck did that thought come from?
Looking at Bella in the eyes I can see that they were not focus on me but at something beside me. 'Ahh the painting'.
"Knew I'd find you guys in here".
I walk up to the bed and look down at her smiling.
"Look brother, Bella help me pick an outfit for tonight". Evangeline says as she shows her me the clothes
"She did,didn't she".
With a smirk on my face I look down at Bella. Rolling her eyes Bella got off the bed folding her arms. Still looking at Bella, i shake my head placing my hand in my jeans pocket.
"There you are Evvie. I've been looking for you all over. We need to heard to the salon sweetie". Mom says walking into the room
"Bella and I were looking for something presentable to wear for tonight mom. See? Do you like it?" Evangeline says
"Its beautiful. Thanks Bella now come along Evvie or we'll be late". Mom says as she turns and leave.
"Thanks Bella. You're going to be here tonight right". Evangeline says
"I can't tonight but some other time I promise. Megan's picking me up in an hour. We're heading to the hanger". Bella answers
"Oh, well have fun". Evangeline says sadly and walks out the room leaving Bella and I standing there.
"The cliff hanger? Do you know what goes on there Bella?" I say upset now
I wanted to shake some sense into Bella instead I run my hand through my disheveled hair.
