"Pandora... Hey get up." I said shaking her lightly.

She opened her eyes and yawned. "What? What time is it? Why'd you wake me up?!" She asked me rolling over and putting a pillow on top of her head.

"Help me clean the house, people are staying here and I don't want to do it alone...."

"Pleeeeeease Pandora!!" I begged her.

"Fine." She said and got up.

After we both washed our faces and brushed our teeth we started vacuuming and changing the sheets in the guest bedrooms.

She didn't ask who was coming, I don't think she wanted to ask because she was scared it was none of her business.

After we were finished it was about lunch time and we ran downstairs still in our pyjamas.

"We finished!" I said and sat down on a chair in the kitchen.

"Good, aren't you excited to see Matthew? Probably since you it's have been talking all the time." My mom said and I glared at her.

Pandora looked at me with a questioning look.

"What?" She mouthed, but I just shook my head.

"Yeah, totally mom." I groaned.

"Well they are going to be here in an hour so go clean your self up. Do you need a ride home hun?" My Mom asked looking over at Pandora.

"Oh no, I just live a couple houses down, but thanks Ma'am." Pandora smiled and ran up my stairs.

-

Once we got into my room she started asking me tons of questions.

"MATTHEW ESPINOSA IS COMING HERE. HES STAYING IN YOUR HOUSE. I DONT KNOW IF IM HAPPY FOR ME OR SAD FOR YOU." She looked at me while packing her stuff back up.

"Can I stay at your house today? Even though we just started talking. I just really don't want to see him. I'm not ready." I said hoping she would say yes.

"Yeah, um, sure let me just ask my Dad." Pandora grabbed her phone and started to text, I assumed, would be her Dad.

"Uh, yeah you can stay over. But you can't come over till later because my Dad's making me go to my Aunts lunch/dinner thing. Is that okay?" Pandora asked.

I smiled and nodded my head.

-

My parents told me they were down the street so I locked myself in my room.

I wanted to so badly cry. I was scared of him actually. He hated me, why would he let his parents stay here.

I was sitting against my door and I looked at my wrists.

Why would I do this to myself.

There were scars all along my left wrist. Really old ones that were barely visible and ones from a couple days ago.

I try my best to cover them up, but one time in gym class, Ashley saw the scars and started saying I cut for attention. It pissed me off a lot because no, I don't cut for attention. I cut to release the pain I keep inside.

-

Knock knock knock

They're here. My stomach dropped and I gulped.

"Justine! Come down they're here!!!" My mom shouted from the front door. Once all three of us were standing there, me kind of hiding behind my Dad a bit she opened the door and I almost started to cry.

Matt was behind his mom, and his dad walked in first. My parents greeted them and just talked about random things.

Matt smiled at me and I just looked straight through him. I didn't want to cry in front of them especially him.

I smiled at his Dad and his mom came up and hugged me tightly patting my back.

"Wow, you're so beautiful now. You grew up well Justine. I barely even recognized you." She said and I smiled at her.

"Why don't you and show Matt his room upstairs." My mom told me but I didn't know which one he was staying in.

"Which room." I asked.

"The one closets to the stairs." She said and I instantly smiled. The room furthest away from mine.

I walked upstairs feeling uncomfortable and Matt walked behind. I wasn't saying a word.

I pointed inside his room and he walked in.

"Just how I remember it." Matt said. This room use to be our room where we use to watch movies or play board games when we were little.

I looked at him and a tear escaped my eye. I quickly wiped it away and turned around to run in my room.

"Justine wait..."
