"Thank you for coming" Tom hugged me tight "I'm sorry, that I crashed your wedding" I chuckled.

"Hell no! I was so excited to see you...I'm glad after everything that we went through, you are you" he beamed "I owe my life to you guys, you know that right?" I looked at him.

"We were the ones who endangered it in the first place, you know why?" he mentioned as I remembered the loot.

"You guys deserved it" I smiled.

"You & Sarah are one of a kind, you kept our secret" he looked at me.

"And you kept ours" I stated.

"I wish you stayed longer, we have tons of catching up to do" he said slowly.

"I wish I could, but I've work back home" I mentioned "so how's things with you & pope, I mean Santiago?" He asked.

"You know I left him on the edge the first time & the second time I left him at the airport & I don't know where we stand now, it's complicated" I confessed.

"I know him for more than a decade, he's my brother we are one & you clearly know that right?" he chuckled "so let me tell you this, he has never ever fell for a girl in his life...you were the first one he really gave his all. There might be a few one or two before you but he never loved any of them" he told me "even Yovanna".

"I know but I kind of fucked things up you know, and now I gotta go...I don't want to miss my flight" I said as I picked up my airbag.

"Leaving without saying goodbye" Ben said as he walked upto me.

"I thought you were asleep" I chuckled as we hugged "no hugs for me" William joked as he hugged me from behind.

"Okay, guys I've to leave now" I said as I got into the cab "I'll see you guys soon, hopefully" I waved them goodbye as I made my way to the airport. I had to show up to work by any means in the evening & help out with some paperwork's, luckily I got the early flight back home as for Julie she was returning only in the evening. I didn't really get a chance to talk to Santiago after our little chat at the beach the other night because I know he & I both needed time to digest what really happened.

I reached for work on time & completed all the paper works I had to, even though it took me several hours to do so. It eased my mind from all the tension & the suspense in my life & I was glad that I was able to complete my work without a problem. Julie called me up to meet her at the park & even when I didn't want to I couldn't say no because she insisted, it was 5am in the morning when I waited at our usual spot with my headphone on. She tapped on my shoulders as I removed my headphones "you are late" I mumbled as I turned around & saw that it was not her but Santiago instead "What are you doing here?" I asked him confusingly.

"I can ask you the same" he replied as he sat beside me "this is LA my hometown & you're from god knows what city" I looked at him.

"I'm from panama" he looked at me as I began to giggle, it was so funny that after all these time also I never thought of asking him about his family or where he is from.

"But why are you here?" I asked curiously.

"I'm here because not only once but thrice in my life I've been ditched by the same person, who decides to walk away without a reason" he told me.
