Chapter One: Good to Be Bad

Well, guys, it's finally here. Book three, the final chapter in the Descendants series. Thank you for all of the love and support you given these books, this series would never be what it is without the amazing people who support it.     "Auradon... it's beautiful, isn't it? I'm (Y/N), daughter of Maleficent, and this is my home - it wasn't always. I was born on the Isle of the Lost with my sister, Mal, where all of the villains have been banished, locked away for good. That is until Prince Ben decided that their children should have a chance.

So, five villain kids - the VKs - came to Auradon, including my sister and I. Long story short, Ben's the king now, I'm his girlfriend, and we are about to head back to the Isle to pick what will hopefully be a long line of new VKs who can find their happily ever afters, too.

    I sharply inhaled as Mal, Evie, Jay, Carlos, and I looked at all of the eager kids who wanted to go to Auradon. I wanted to take them all, no one deserved to be stuck on this island. I ran a hand through my (F/C) hair and finally exhaled.

    Mal placed a comforting hand on my shoulder as she looked at all of the villain kids. She sent me a warm sisterly smile, which I happily returned.

    "You're doing good, sis," Mal said, her eyes tore away from the Isle kids, "I'm proud of you."

    "Thank you, Mal," I thanked, the smile never left my face. Mal and I turned our heads back to the villain kids.

    "Who wants to go? You?!" Mal yelled to the crowed, which caused everyone to cheer. Mal and Evie each took one of my hands and dragged me with them. The smile still never left my face.

    Once we each picked a villain kid, the crowd erupted in cheers. I took in another deep breath as I looked at all the anxious faces, all hoping that their name would be called. I wish I could help them all.

    "I can't believe this day has finally arrived!" Evie said with enthusiasm.

    "We've literally been counting down the days," I added.

    "I honestly wish that we could take you all with us," Evie started, "And someday very soon, maybe we can."

    "I know that my lovely sister here will do everything in her power to ensure that this happens," Mal said, she wrapped me into a quick side hug. I smiled and nodded.

    "Yeah, and we're going to be back here so many times, you're going to be sick of us," I said with a small laugh.

    "So sick of us," Mal added while Evie gave a curt nod.

    "Can we get a drumroll, please?" Evie asked. Everyone began stomping, then Evie continued, "First, I would like to begin with the granddaughter of Lady Tremiane, daughter of Drizella. My sweet, sweet friend. My Dizzy."

    Everyone cheered for Dizzy as she quickly ran up to us.

    Carlos began, "Next, the son of Smee. Come on, Squeaky!"

    The small boy quickly ran up to Carlos, making me smile. Jay was up.

    "And no way we're splitting up the twins. Come here, Squirmy, come on!" Jay yelled. The other twin quickly ran up to Jay. I was internally awing at the sweet sight.

    "Next, we all picked this girl because we all agreed that she could use a little bit of Fairy Godmother's goodness class," Mal started, "Give it on up for Dr. Facilier's daughter, Celia!"

    "I'm bad," Celia said as she sassily span. A small chuckle left my lips.

    "Last, but most certainly not least," I started, stopping for a dramatic pause, "Please welcome Molly, the daughter of Mother Gothel."

    Everyone cheered again as the short black haired girl slowly walked up to us. I gave her a welcoming smile, since she looked a little nervous.

    (A/n: This Molly character will have no relevance to the plot, just needed another VK for you to bring :3)

    "We'll be back for you guys next week, okay?" Carlos asked.

    "It'll fly by, trust me," I said.

    "Yeah, so pack your stuff. Your own stuff," Jay said, causing us all to let out a giggle.

    "Where are we going?!" I yelled.

    Mal started, "We're going to-"

    "AURADON!"
