Carter's pov
Yesterday was the last day of school and it's finally summer!
I get up and get my out fit and put it on,I got in the shower last night so I don't need to take one.
I walk downstairs and smell bacon and pancakes.
"Good morning honey" mom said
"Morning" I said
I finished eating and as I was about to go upstairs my mom called me into the living room.
"Carter honey come here"mom yelled
"Coming" I yelled back
"Okay honey sit down please" mom said
Um okay? I said
"Okay...well we are moving to North Carolina."mom said
"What?!"i said
I was shocked i mean I have lived here since birth
"I'm sorry"mom said
"Why are we moving tho?"i asked
"Your Aunt Molly and Uncle David need help with some stuff so I thought why not move there." Mom said
"Oh um okay when are we going?"I asked
"Were going Friday and it's Thursday so hurry and go pack"mom said
"Okay"i said
I was walking up to my room to go pack my stuff
I wonder why she didn't tell me sooner I mean I only have a day to pack
