-----------------------------------------------------------"(Y/N)?! (Y/N)!"
The man calling out (Y/P) name found (Y/P) on (Y/P) knees, the life draining out of (Y/P) usually (E/T) eyes. (Y/P) could only groan out in pain as this thing, that looked old and was dressed in a suit, looked (Y/P) in the eyes. His hand was on the side of (Y/P) head, taking the ounces of life out of (Y/P) for someone else.
The unsaid man could only look in horror as the man, invisible to him, tried to take the life of the person his brother grew to love after the death of Jessica. (Y/N) stared into the sunken eyes, they seemed to grow slightly, then (Y/P) was looking at the ground. (Y/P) was coughing and panting for much-needed air.
"D-Dean?" Dean quickly pulled (Y/P) away from the person still invisible to him. (Y/N) was slowly gaining (Y/P) colour again and Dean was relieved; he couldn't bear it if his brother lost another person he loved more than himself.
Sam come running around an RV quietly shouting (Y/N)'s name. He ran into Dean and a nearly unconscious (Y/N). Sam gasped as he picked (Y/N) up to take back to the Impala.
"What happened, Sammy?" Dean asked as the two boys got in the front after buckling in (Y/N).
"Um, I destroyed the altar. The interesting thing is that Sue Ann had a picture of (Y/N) crossed out with blood, in like an 'X' shape too. I'm thinking that you need a picture of someone who you want a grim reaper to kill. Then I, uh, seen Sue Ann praying in Latin, holding the cross in her hands. I ripped it off and threw it down. It broke," Sam started to explain, but Dean cut him off as he started the car.
"Not every detail." Dean smiled cheekily at him. (Y/N) mustered up a small chuckle, which caused Sam to shake his head and smile at (Y/P) in the mirror.
"Shut up, after I broke it, Sue Ann fell to her knees. She was moaning and panting in pain-"
"The reaper went after her when the bind was broken-"
"Exactly, the cost of a bind with one." Sam nodded his head as they got back on the road.
They've made it to a motel that wasn't the best but it was cheap. (Y/N) was laying in one of the beds, curled into a ball still feeling slightly sick. The bed dipped in and (Y/N) felt (Y/P)-self being rolled over. Those beautiful greens orbs of the man (Y/P) loved filled (Y/P) vision before his soft brown locks did. A small smiled ghosted (Y/P) face as (Y/P) ran (Y/P) fingers through his hair. He laid his head on (Y/P) chest, placing his ear on (Y/P) heart.
"I'm so glad you're alive, (Y/N). I don't know what I'll do without you," Sam mumbled gently as he hugged (Y/P) while laying down.
"Crush and burn," (Y/N) muttered, (Y/P) blunt nails scratching his scalp. Sam's heart gave a jolt, remembering that night that happen so long ago, as a knock bounced around the room. Dean rolled his eyes as he walked out of the bathroom to answer the door.
"It's Layla," Sam whispered as Dean opened the door.
"Layla?" Dean asked, shocked that she even knew where they were staying, as Sam stood up, "What are you doing here?"
"I called her," Sam spoke as he helped (Y/N) up.
"Yeah, he said you wanted to say goodbye," Layla said softly, smiling at him.
"We'll just...go get a soda." with that Sam quietly pulled (Y/N) out of the room. (Y/N) waved gently at the girl (Y/P) hasn't met but heard about.
(Y/N) giggled as the machine wouldn't take the dollar bill. Sam was laughing too much to actually concentrate on putting the dollar bill in.
"Sam... Sam, stop laughing, it isn't going to work," (Y/N) had to stop speaking because (Y/P) was laughing too much. Sam was leaning on the machine, trying to calm himself down.
"(Y/N), (Y/N)," Sam managed to gasp out, "Shut up. I can't focus on this." This only made (Y/N) laugh more. The small family that walked by looked at them with confusion but the two children were laughing with (Y/N) and Sam as they passed.
"Young love, Paul, is sweet. So don't complain that they are loud," the mother spoke in a hushed tone to Paul. He rolled his eyes as he held the door open for his family. (Y/N) and Sam tried to hold back their laughter until the people were outside. As soon as the door swang close with a soft thud, (Y/N) and Sam nearly fell over in laughter.
"'Young love, Paul, is sweet.' How young do we look?" (Y/N) gasped out as (Y/P) held (Y/P) stomach.
"I don't know, oh my god." Sam had to lean on the machine again to balance himself.
"Let's go back to the room before we get in trouble for being too loud." (Y/N) and Sam had to lean on each other all the way back to the room. They passed Layla, who had tears in her eyes but a small smile on her face. They acted like they calmed down some, and bid her good luck with her problem and to have a good life.
