Is it even possible?

Chapter 1

Enzo's Pov
"Bonnie .. bonnie" I call out,
no answer. I won't worry i know she's around here.
"Enzo" I hear her say as she appears into the room.
"I've gotta get use to this being here thing again"
I tell her.

Ever since Bonnie used her magic to bring me back it's been a pretty rough adjustment for me.
I feel if I don't see her then she can't see me, I fear walking outside and even just being in contact with anyone.

snapping away from these thoughts I have I look into Bonnie's beautiful green eyes. I don't have super senses but I can tell there's something wrong.

"My love what's going on .. your hand" I say
looking at her hands that's turning red, she shakes it.
"sorry. I'm just scared" she says
"scared, of who?" I ask
"well" she starts then looks down, seconds later back up at me.
"of our little girl" she finishes

I can't believe what I'm hearing. Do I smile, laugh, cry? I have no idea.
I look down at her stomach only to notice it's sticking out. How have I not seen this before?
I just smile and pull her into my arms.

"are you happy?" she whispers
"I'm overly happy to bring a life into this world with you" I say
we pull away from each other. I grab her hands and look into her eyes.
"a miniature Bonnie Bennett running around" I say
she laughs.

she pulls me over to the couch and we both sit.
"You know .." she starts
"what?" I ask
"I'm - I'll be giving birth to a hybrid" she says
My eyes widen "I haven't thought about that"
"it's gonna be like raising two children" she chuckles
"how you so sure?" I ask with a grin
"klaus was like dealing with two different people"
"well you aren't wrong there" I say

Bonnie's Pov
~later that night~

"ah" I say in a low voice, clutching my stomach
Enzo appears at my side and I can't help but laugh.
"I could've sworn you were in pain" he says
"well I was but I was trying to be quiet completely forgetting you're a vampire" I say
he smiles and joins me in bed,
"good thing I am, I won't miss a single moment"

after about half an hour Enzo has fallen asleep. Me on the other hand I'm wide awake.
It's only about 10 at night so I decided to make a phone call, check up on a friend.
besides what vampires are sleep around this time?

I get my phone at dial - Caroline.
"Bonnie" she answers
"Caroline hey" I say
I hear her yawn through the phone,
"did I wake you" I ask
"Oh no, I can't sleep anyways the girls are still up"
"really?" I say
"Well we've been working on controlling their powers so I guess this is part of it" she informs me
"I believe it will get better care" I say
"thank you Bonnie, how are you and the baby?" She asks
"Hungry" I laugh
Caroline laughs as well "trust me, go eat"
"Girls don't - sorry bon gotta go" she hangs up

oh how I miss her and Elena so much.
I go downstairs to the kitchen and get a bowl, spoon and a container of mint chocolate chip ice cream.
I dig in.

Once I finish I clean up and start to head back upstairs but I stop.
this odd feeling comes across my body and then I feel something running down my legs.
"ENZO!" I scream
No more than 20 seconds he's by my side,
"your water - it broke" he says

He runs to the room to get the hospital bag and a blanket he covers me up and holds me bridal style while rushing me to the car.

Once we arrive I'm rushed back only to be dilated enough to start pushing.
"wa waaa waa" the sound of a baby crying feels my ears.
"It's a girl" the doctor says holding her up.
