"I'd be lying if I said I aint want her." That's my homie Victor talking about the beautiful and illustrious Chyna sitting at the lunch table in the corner with her friends. "Yo, Devin, go holla." He says to me. "Nahh I don't even know what im gonna do with that." I say with a light grin on my face. "Yeah you right. She be acting timid like every dude got a disease or something." "Vic, why don't you hop down?" He looked at me crazy. "Im not tryna get cussed out today." "Come on, the worst she could do is say no." "And that's exactly what she gon say, is no." I see her in the corner of my eye heading our way. "Ohh shit, you think she heard us?" Victor said, looking nervous but still trying to play it cool. "Hey Victor," she says as she approaches. "Is there something on my face? Why do you keep staring at me?" Victor pauses. "Oh, Devin was just telling me how good your outfit looked today." I started to protest but she cut me off. "Well Devin can tell me himself." She said rolling her eyes but I could see the hint of a blush so I went with it. "Yeah, you look real cute Chyna." "Thanks boo, I see you tryna do something with your fit today, too." She says, looking me up and down. "Just tell your friend to keep his eyes off me." She shoots him a bird and then goes into her purse. She pulls out a small piece of paper. "Here's my number, call me sometime." I put it in my back pocket. "Thanks, I'll hit you up." She smiles and goes back to her friends. "Dev, how the hell did you do that?" "I don't know. She normally doesn't pay me any mind in class." "Nobody can get close to that. Her friends, maybe. But not Chyna. She dogs anyone that tries to hit on her." "Yeah I keep hearing." Chyna has a reputation of turning 80% of the males in my school away. And now she's showing interest in me, of all people. This is going to get interesting. I wonder what her motives are. I guess I'll try to find out once I call her.
