How to get rid of a crush

Hey there I'm Faith. For the past year I've crushed on my best friend. I won't tell you his name but what I will say is that he is the most amazing and kind and wonderful person in the world. Honestly he's helped me so much. One problem is he doesn't like me. At all. I've done everything I can think of. I just can't get it out of my mind. For an entire month I didn't speak to him at all. I didn't call him didn't text him. That didn't work at all it just made me miss him. And I know I probably didn't give enough time but I can't stay away from him. We talk on the phone every night. And every night he tells me of the next girl he's been with or is almost dating. It hurts. But I'll never tell him that. I guess I just have to live with the fact that my best friend in the entire world will never know that I'm in love with him. I always will be at least I think so.
Honestly I don't know what to do. So every night that we call each other I'll write about it on here.
