"Okay, they're obviously going to notice you" Andre looked behind him at me who was sitting in the back seat. "So try and stick behind us and don't let them see too much of your face" I was lucky that in the photo that was shown on the TV, my hair was pulled back into a pony tail- probably so people could see my whole face.

I nodded. "I'll cover my face with my hair"

"Good"

We parked in the furthest spot from the entrance in the underground parking lot so we could hide the car as much as we could and avoid the cameras at the same time. It was a semi-normal car, a BMW but obviously modified to run faster than any normal one would.

I just wanted to go inside but I knew we couldn't rush otherwise someone would notice me straight away and that would blow my chances of seeing Austin. I still didn't know what was going on, they both seemed so sad like really sad. Andre- who was sitting in the drivers seat, opened his door and was the first one out of the car. Liam was next but I was still sitting in my seat staring at the black leather seat in front of me.

"You coming?" Liam opened my side of the door and stuck his head in.

I took a deep breathe. "Yeah of course"

He smiled a small smile and held out a hand for me to hold. I accepted the soft gesture and climbed out of the car. When I was standing, Liam moved his arm so it wrapped around my shoulder, the tears stopped in the car but I knew that any second now, they would come back and biting my tongue to stop myself was making my throat start to hurt.

I felt someone grab my pony tail and pull the hair tie down so my hair cascaded down my chest and it covered the sides of my face. Andre then appeared on the other side of me and continued walking close to me. Oh wow this didn't look suspicious at all. I pulled out my phone- my new iPhone 5s that Jake had collected on his last stealing spree and started to pretend to text people. I'm sure everyone has done it at least once in their life to make situations less awkward or so that the person in the car that had a creepy slow speed behind you wouldn't kidnap you.

We took the lift up to the ground floor and I was hit with the cringing smell of a hospital doused with disinfectant. A corner that was coming up had a tub of sanitiser that we all squeezed onto our hands then not far ahead was a nurse's desk. My heart started to race as if I was running a marathon and I was on my second lap of an 800m track and despite my anxiousness, I stepped back behind Andre while they put on a smile.

"Hi could you tell us what room Austin Gray is in?" Liam asked as if he was an innocent brother on the look out for his stupid older brother. She immediately started to type away on her computer and it didn't take long for her to find him.

"Sure, you came just in time. He just came out of surgery"

"Thank you" Andre smiled and stepped more in front of me.

The nurse continued. "He will be put in room 35"

While Andre said his thanks again, Liam started dragging me away to wherever room 35 was and it seemed like he was having trouble finding it because we stopped not long after he dragged me off. I looked at the signs that were above us and rolled my eyes.

"This way Liam" I said and started dragging him with me with Andre in tow.

"Hey girlie I'm sure your pretty little face was broadcasted around America so you should be the one sticking behind us not vice versa" Andre brought me to a halt. Damn why did he have to be right. And I thought I was the wise one around here.

Once we reversed our roles I decided to ask the question hoping to get an answer I should of been told from the start. "What happened to him?" My throat closed up half way through the sentence so my words ended up sounding cracked.
