When she walked into Liz's house she slowly walked up stairs and into her room to see if she was asleep. Cortney walked in to find Liz asleep in her polka dot comforter... Tissues were surrounding her and her book was lying face down on the floor. She was reading " How to Kill A Mockingbird " an all time classic!! Courtney sat down in her swivly chair and texted her mom to tell her she was fine and that she would wait there until Liz mom got there. An hour had passed and Liz still hasn't woken up... She was getting worried so she called Liz mom and asked her if that was normal. Her mom replied yes and had to go to a conference and would call her later. Hours passed and still no sign of Liz, Cortney layed her hand on her chest to see if she was breathing... Ya still breathing! She then tried to wake her up... Not a sign!! She rushed to call 911. " 911 what's your emergency? Hi, i have no sign of my friend, but has a pulse. Help is on the way!" 10 minutes later an ambulance pulled up and scurried inside, they then loaded her into the ambulance and took her to the emergency section. When they brought her in the hospital, they took her to the 3rd floor.
