roselda stockton loves books. in this story, different events reveal the trivial things in life, and how it is true that we must be careful of what we read, "for words have the power to change us."
she can't control what goes on around her, but she can influence it. narrating her life as she goes, roselda finds out so much more about the world she's lived in for over a decade, but never truly appreciated.
