Chapter 9- An Evening Out

Jimin repeatedly tapped his foot on the ground waiting for Chanyeol to come by and pick him up for their date. Butterflies were constant in his stomach, making him more nervous than he already was.

A couple minutes later, the doorbell rang, interrupting Jimin's thoughts. He hurriedly made his way to the door. Before he opened it, he looked at the nearby mirror and made sure his hair was perfect. After he gave himself an 'okay sign' at his reflection in the mirror, he finally opened the door that revealed a very handsome Park Chanyeol. Jimin's eyes were in awe. Jimin's eyes started from Chanyeol's feet, trailing all the way up his ethereal body. When there eyes met, Jimin looked away and blushed. Why does he have to be so good looking? Jimin thought.

"Um Hi," Jimin greeted Chanyeol shyly.

"Hey," Chanyeol replied with a sweet smile.

Chanyeol loved Jimin's shy side. It was so cute to him. He reminded him of a little puppy.

"My car is parked out front, shall we be on our way then?" Chanyeol suggested.

Jimin nodded and they both made their way to Chanyeol's Mercedes Benz. Before Jimin could get into the car, Chanyeol walked in front of him and was first to the car door. He then opened it for Jimin like a gentleman. Jimin blushed profusely and got in.

The car ride was long and quite. Jimin sat there still excited and nervous. His hands were like puddles, moist and cold.

"So you're not gonna ask where I'm taking you?" Chanyeol chuckled.

Jimin was startled with the sudden question. But he knew exactly what to say.
"I want it to be surprise, that's why I didn't ask."

"Ahhh I see, I see," Chanyeol smiled.

Jimin looked out the window and he was met with a gorgeous looking lake. It was so clear that Jimin could catch a glimpse of the reflection of trees and the blue sky. It was stunning.

He was so mesmerized by the beautiful scenery that he didn't even notice the car went to a halt.

"Ta da! We're here!" Chanyeol exclaimed.

"It's so beautiful here. But what exactly are we doing here?" Jimin asked while most definitely confused.

"I thought we could hike? Unless you don't like hiking we can do something else." Chanyeol said shyly.

Jimin smiled at the sudden shyness. What was he so shy about anyways?

"I'd love to, to go hiking I mean not the other option," Jimin smiled.

"Great! I have extra clothes in the back we can change into," Chanyeol voiced excitedly.

"Um...one quick question where do we change?"

"Uhh, well I parked at a deserted spot...so I guess we could change here. The trail starts down that road, so there won't be anyone coming up here. So it's safe to change."

"L-like are we both changing at the same time?" Jimin gulped.

"Yeah, here I'll get the clothes from the trunk."

Shit, shit, shit. I cant believe were changing together. And I'm going to wear his clothes too. Oh god. Ok Jimin calm down. It'll be fine.

"Here's a pair of sweats and it might be chilly so here's a sweater." Chanyeol stated while handing the clothes to Jimin.

"Thanks but how are supposed to change out here?"

"Um.. How about I'll change outside, you can change in the car," Chanyeol suggested.
