Elaine's P.O.V
"Okay girl.. We want EVERY detail" Isabella said.
"But first sit down.." Valerie commanded while Isabella and I took a seat.
"Okay.. proceed"
"Okay.. well.. he uh.. he blindfolded me.." I started
"Uh.."
"Yeah.. I know.. I thought the same thing.. But it was a surprise"
"Right" the two girls said while looking at eachother.
"It was a simple picnic under the stars.." I explained while remembering nothing but the kiss.
"And.. Go on" Valerie demanded
"Well.. we talked.. and turns out.. He's a drummer in a band.."
"Thats super cool" Isabella admitted
"Yeah.. " I said drifting off.
"Oh my god Isabella.. Do you see her behavior? JOSH KISSED HER " Valerie Shouted
"OH MY GOD TELL US EVERYTHING" Isabella demanded.
"Oh gosh guys.. It was so romantic!! He did the whole "push a strand of hair out of my face" trick.. but It worked.. then.. well yeah! He kissed me!!" I said while biting my lip.
"Oh Elaine!! I'm so happy for you" Isabella said while hugging me.
"Thanks!"
Just then, my phone buzzed.
*From Josh*
"Hey Elaine!! I just wanted to say how amazing tonight was! I really enjoyed it"
AWW!! He's just the cutest thing ever!! I couldn't help but smile and squeal a bit.
"What what is it?" Valerie asked.
"Josh just texted me!! Look at what he sent" I said while showing the girls the message.
"Oh my gosh Elaine!" Isabella squealed.
"TEXT HIM BACK" Valerie shouted.
*From me*
"I had a great time too Josh!!"
After sending the message, I was anxiously waiting for a reply!!
"So.. did anything else besides the kiss happen?" Valerie asked while poking my cheek
"No Valerie.. It was only the first date!! And besides, I wouldn't have let anything else happen" I said in a stern voice. My phone buzzed again, and I screamed in excitement.
*From Josh*
"So Elaine.. Do you think we can do the same thing next week? Except next time.. I won't blindfold you!"
"Oh my gosh.. I was just asked out on another date!!" I announced with happiness in every word. All I heard was screams of joy.
"Oh Elaine!! You better say yes girlfriend!!" Isabella said.
*From me*
"I would love too!"
*From Josh*
"Brilliant!! I can't wait!! well then.. goodnight Elaine!"
*From me
"Okay!! Goodnight Josh"
I pressed the send button, and held the phone close to my heart. I sighed out in relif and closed my eyes for a bit.
"He's just.. I'm just like.. I can't even like.." I stuttered out.
"Someone is in LOVE" Valerie said while pushing me lighty.
"Oh Valerie.. You don't understand!!" I said
"Oh trust me Elaine!! I do"
"Well then.. I'm going to sleep.. I have SO much on my mind" I said while smiling
"Goodnight" the two girls said at the same time. I went up stairs, and fell right asleep.

*The next week*
It was 6:30 p.m and I heard a knock. I opened the door to find Josh holding yet another boquet of flowers. I smiled, and handed them to me.
"You shouldn't have Josh" I started smiling, and blushing. "They're delightful"
"Yeah..but next to your beautiful face, they look like they've wilted" he said while I blushed like crazy.
"I'll be right back" I said while skipping inside. I placed them into a new vase, and I turned around to see Valerie. She smiled at me and turned around, and started to place her hands around her back.. Like people do when they fake make out with themselves. She turned around and shot me a wink. I did nothing but stick up my middle finger at her.
"Okay lets go then" I said as I reached the doorframe. Josh opened the passenger door for me, and I slid right in the seat.
"So.. Where are we going this time?"
"I decided.. this time we could go somewhere a bit more fun.." he said while biting his lower lip. Oh god.. what could THAT possibly mean?
"We're going to play a bit of lazer tag.." he said while looking into my eyes.
"Oh my god"
"Oh great you hate that idea don't you" he said while slapping his forehead.
"Are you kidding me? Dude... I love lazer tag!!" I said. I don't care how hot this little british cup of tea is.. if he's on the opposite team, I kicking that royal ass of his..
"Oh thats fantastic!! Finally.. I've met a girl who isn't afraid to get a little competitive" he said with a grin.
"Oh you better get ready hot stuff.." I said while returning the smile. "I don't play.. I win". He bit his lower lip, and smirked. We arrived at the parking of the arcade, and walked through the front doors. Oh yeah baby!! I am SO ready for this!!
