It started as a rumor on the internet. After a few months, the world witnessed the horrible news that spread throughout the media, living on earth was no longer an option. Less than two weeks were enough for humanity to start moving to other planets, we tried with the closest: Mars, but it was impossible to survive in the lack of oxygen. We moved to Venus, it was a long trip but it was worth it, we could find water, it was perfect, we lived there until my children become adults.
Then the war began.
It was short but it ended with most of us, I managed to escape with the youngest of my children, the others perished in the fight. It was not until we got far enough away from what had been our new home, when we realized that we did not have enough supplies to get us alive to our next destination, but another option no longer existed.
