        Alex worriedly with a bit of a childish tone said,"Wha-How? That fast? We just got here! It's not fair!" "That can't be.I don't think it's 'them'. They know purebloods very well. Unless...."

        Alex impatiently said,"Unless what?" "Unless it's someone else. Someone else is trying to get to us. But I can't think of anyone else BUT the high council. Who could it be? I didn't make any enemies," I replied.

       "Well,isn't it the same thing? Someone is still trying to get to us. This person must have been near you when you had the ice cream. Did you see anyone suspicious?" Alex asked.

       "I didn't but I saw someone who looked a bit like someone I knew very well a long time ago.It looked like a guy from the back. It looked like Lucas." "Who the hell is Lucas?" Alex curiously asked.

        "He was my childhood best friend but he got attacked and died.But it can't be.I saw his dead body." "Well,frankly I'm not surprised.Vampires,purebloods and a dead person now alive? It isn't anything special.Nothing seems surprising ever since you were in my life."

        I was hearing but not listening. I was lost in my thoughts.

        Lucas.Lucas.Lucas. Are you alive or not?If you are alive,why did you spike my food? Why show yourself NOW?
