Amara
It's like a dream. It's all like a fantasy. Yet it is real. Four is here with me. Me, inside his arms and us, inside our house. The entire ceiling is adorned with drum sticks and it looks really extravagantly beautiful. My mouth can only grasp for no other word but wow. For the record, this house is not anything like this seven years ago. I guess, when Four returned, he renovated everything.
The living room is massive offering a large-scale space. And on the corner of it rests proudly a huge piano. I smile watching the entirety of the first floor of the house.
Pagpasok na pagpasok mo palang ng bahay, malalaman mo agad na musikero ang naninirahan. I like how it lays bare to anyone who gets to see the place. But then, when I turn to Four, I can always say that there's no place like home—in his arms.
"When are we moving in?" He asks with a wide smile that reaches his eyes.
"Too excited, love. Can we just stop and cherish the moment? I love to be alone with you."
"The feeling is mutual." He responds and seeing the smirk on his lips, I am sure of what he's about to do next. I am right; he kisses me. It is long. It is passionate. We both don't want it to end. While letting our hearts take full control of our sanity, Four carries me toward our room upstairs.
"Wait love." I stop him when I remember something. "Meron ako." Nahihiyang sambit ko.
"Oh babe." He smirks. "I'm just going to kiss you all afternoon." Sabi niya't muling inangkin ang nakaawang na labi ko.
He doesn't really mean about kissing me all afternoon. I wish he does. Haha. I'm kidding. Seriously, I would always prefer to listen to him singing songs to me. Four can play almost all instruments and that's another great thing about him. While he lets me lay down on the bed, I watch him in adoration as he plays the guitar and sings me Ed Sheeran's Perfect.
"Darling you look perfect tonight." He ends the song, never taking his eyes off of me. My heart shrinks in flattery and love. I wish this day won't end because it's so perfect. I want to live this way forever. But that, of course, is impossible.
"Love, if I'm going to decide about the wedding, I want to have it as soon as possible." He says while we are in the kitchen connected to the dining area. He is making us something to eat.
"Wait. Kuya Tres and Maddy have to get wedded first before us." I remember.
"Well babe, their wedding is almost by the end of the year."
"Oh. Then, let's get married next year." Nakangising sagot ko. I know that would piss him off. I like doing it to him. A pissed off Four Palmer is so adorable.
"Hell, no." He snaps back. "I will marry you in a month or two or three months at the latest."
"Someone's excited." Patuloy na pang-aasar ko.
"Come on love!" He rolls his eyes and that makes me laugh my heart out. So damn cute. "It's just June and kuya Tres will be married by the end of October. Ang tagal pa no'n." Reklamo niya.
"Palmer." Sambit ko matapos siyang lapitan at yakapin mula sa likuran. "This is not a race. And even if it is, the finish line is going to be just you and me and it's all that matters." He turns his body around to face me and the moment he does, my heart swells in adoration as I see his eyes bore to mine, full of love.
"Alright. But you are moving in here tomorrow."
"Not gonna happen." Patuloy na pang-aasar ko.
"Yeah?" He raises an eyebrow and before I could equal the gesture, Four seals my lips with his, only parting them when we are both breathless. "You're moving in tomorrow. You're welcome." He declares insolently and all I can do is roll my eyes at his arrogance. "Now let's eat before I'll eat you up. I am starved for seven years, Amara."
