Chapter 2

~ 11 years later ~
Brianna's Pov

I'm Brianna, daughter of Bonnie and Enzo.
from this point forward my life will forever change ..

"Brianna" dad shouts to me
"Yes dad" I say
"Bonnie is waiting in the car, come on now" he says
"I'm not rushing" I say knowing I shouldn't have,
I then hear footsteps.

My dad comes up to my door and stands in my door frame. He sighs like he's stressed and leans on the wall. I avoid eye contact and just listen.

"what's gotten into you?" He asks
I shake my head and mumble "nothing"
"your mom isn't gonna be very happy with you if you don't come and if you speak that way" he says
I stand up "I know I know"
"so?" He says
"so .. I don't wanna go" I say

My dad eyes me as I then look him into eyes.
He leaves the room seconds later and I sit there and just listen. He returns with me mom.

we all sit down and discuss why we are going where we are going and how it's best for me.
Blah blah blah is all I can think of. They don't understand how much I wanna stay with them.

~2 hours later~
Bonnie's Pov

We soon arrive at our destination. I smile at the sight knowing this decision will make things better.
We all walk up to the door, My now husband carrying Brianna's bags.

We walk inside and a familiar causes a smile from me. Never did I realize I'd miss someone so much that's been chaotic part in my life.

"Bonnie" he says walking over to me
I reach my arms out and hug him, he also hugs my daughter and shakes my husbands hand.

"Alaric it's so good to see you again" I say
"You as well. And Brianna we're so happy to have you here in the Salvatore school." He says
"I don't think I'm ready to be here, aren't I to young?" She questions
"sweetheart" I say
"You are never to young to be here. You're only two years younger than my girls. Speaking of them I'd like them to meet you" He says

Alaric shows us around and we end up sitting in his office. shortly after he leaves and comes back with two girls that I've haven't seen in what feels like forever.

Brianna's Pov

"Girls this is Brianna. Brianna this is Lizzie and this is Josie" Alaric says
"Hi" both girls say in sync
"we're twins" the blonde one says
"Cool" I crack a small smile
"I'm Brianna"

We sit down and have different conversations, I talk to the girls and end up meeting hope and a few other young students and we just talk.
The adults of course have their own conversation.
It's been about 1 hour and a half.

"I think we're gonna head out" my mom says
"Already?" I ask
mom nods "yes but i will visit and so will dad"
I run over to them and pull them close. I hug them tight not wanting to let them go.
"i love you my dear" I hear dad says
"I love you too and mom" I say

Doctor Saltzman and I walk my parents to the door. I watch as they leave the gates driving in the car I'll miss being in with them.

~the next day~

"hahaha" we laugh. I don't think any of us got any actual sleep.

There was a sleep over in the twins room including the twins of course, myself, hope and Penelope.

"You know you and hope are kinda like twins too" lizzie says
"How so?" I ask
"Well she's a tribrid, only one of her kind and you're a hybrid only one of your kind .. at this school"
"How's it being a tribrid anyway?" I ask
she shrugs "nothing exotic. I mainly stick to witch genes, once since I've been here I've turned to a wolf just to release some anger"
"and vampire?" I ask
she shakes her head "I don't really visit that side of me. Which do you favor more?"
"Oddly enough, my vampire side" I say

I inform the girls on why I'm here- I started biting really young and trying to feed but mainly had my mind set on kill kill kill.
If I'm not mistaken I know almost 1 million spells, that was mom's way of trying to get me more in touch with my which side and not vamping.

It helped in a way .. a way that allowed me to learn more about being a which but it didn't stop me from wanting to feed although I didn't wanna kill.
Which is why I was sent here, I don't wish to feed anymore but I do turn to my vampire self when in stress and I have to stop.

"let's go eat" Penelope says
"yeah I'm starving" Josie says
"you're always starving" Penelope says
"maybe that's because you always take my food away using levitation and I've completely given up on trying to stop you" Josie says
"drama with the happy happy couple" I laugh
hope and Lizzie join in and laugh as well.
"Shut up" Josie says

We all leave the room and head to the mess hall to eat. We all sat together and I've never felt this happy being away from parents.
I think I met my best friends!
