       A meteor crashed 10 years ago created a lasting impact, and a huge shockwave felt by the entire Earth. Only a handful of about 13 kids were infected with a virus scientists could only call superno virtute. Latin for supernatural power. The kids developed in secret until one day they all let out their power simultaneously.
The powers grew slowly from there and the kids were adopted slowly by their new father. If the mother didn't want to give away her child, it will be stolen later and taken to a manor, the mothers memory wiped of having the child.
The kids adjust to their new lives with a new schedule that was mainly training. They were forced to keep their powers secret even if they wanted to show people them. Their father, though, never showed much love to his kids. Only giving lectures and commands. It was hard to establish a kid-father relationship since he never allowed the kids to have any fun and never allowed friends over. School for the kids was rough and they were not allowed to use their powers to cheat or harm people. Not to mention they were expected to get A's on every single test. One day their father left for a errand, and never came back. Now, 10 years later, the kids are now young adults and trying to find their missing father.
